Event Detail

規則 Ruling：

參加者於2021年4月1至30日期間，通過一次或多次「中等強度」*以上運動完成你的動態卡路里目標，參加者無須被地方及時間局限，隨時隨地開展你的卡路里燃燒爭霸戰，但記得使用手機應用程式紀錄及截圖。於2021年5月1日 23:59 前，將運動記錄上載到指定網站換取豐富禮品。參加者燃燒至指定的卡路里級別有機會獲得禮物乙份，而燃燒最多卡路里的十位參加者更可獲得大獎。10位最強Calories Killer及成功挑戰而獲得禮物的參加者將會於5月中旬收到大會的電郵通知領取禮物方法。

*強度指標為3至6 METs的體能活動(例如急步走和行山)屬中等強度，高於6 METs的(例如跑步和踏單車)則屬劇烈強度。

Participants are required to submit the exercising record of completed target Active Calories accumulated in one or more “moderate-intensity” * exercise sessions via specific mobile apps from 1 to 30 April 2021. Please upload your activity record to the official event webpage on or before 1 May 2021 23:59. Participants whose reached the specific kilocalorie level can get a souvenir while a special gift will be awarded to the Top 10 kilocalorie killers. Top 10 kilocalorie killers and participants who get a souvenir will be notified to collect the gifts by email in mid-May.

* Physical activities with less than 3 METs are regarded as low-intensity; 3 to 6 METs as moderate-intensity; and higher than 6 METs as vigorous-intensity.

*每級卡路里挑戰的禮物數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。
All souvenirs are subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

*大會會核實參加者所上傳之運動紀錄，如發現參加者提供不實或重覆之運動紀錄，參加者將被取消資格，所得的禮物亦須歸還大會。
*All records will be accepted and verified by the Organizer. Duplicated or dishonest records will be voided, awarded prize shall be returned. The Organizer reserves the right to decline any inauthentic records.

備註 REMARKS

1. 為響應環保，活動通知書將以電郵方式寄出，請務必提供電郵地址。
   Notification letter will be sent to each participant via email. Please be reminded to provide an email address.
2. 參加者會在報名後 3 個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至 carlsbergafb@sportsoho.com或致電 2117 1650 查詢。
   Participants will receive the confirmation emails from Pacers within 3 working days. If they do not receive the emails, please contact Pacers at 2117 1650 or via emails

3. 參加者必須仔細閱讀「規則」。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切規則、條款和安排。
   Participants should thoroughly read the regulations. Upon submission of application, participants will have agreed to accept all regulations and arrangements.
4. 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
   All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
5. 參加者的個人保險需自行負責。
   Participants are responsible to arrange their own insurance cover.
6. 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。
   The Organizer reserves the right of using photos taken in this event for future promotion.
7. 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以大會網站公佈為準。
   The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and change the above information without prior notification. Announcement of any amendment of event arrangement or event cancellation posted on the organizer’s website shall prevail.
