12月15日，深受小朋友愛戴的救援小英雄珀利將與拍擋Roy、Amber和Helly齊齊由布鲁姆斯小鎮來到香港科學園，與各位小朋友預祝聖誕！「救援小英雄珀利聖誕大冒險」將設置300米賽道，途中有8個障礙關卡，考驗小朋友的勇氣和智謀，以及和家長們的團隊精神！另外亦設救援小英雄親子訓練學堂，與小朋友一同強健體魄！一起化身正義的小英雄，克服障礙和場內多個小挑戰，贏走活動限定紀念品！

The Robocar Rescue Team Poli, Roy, Amber and Helly from Broomstown is coming to Hong Kong Science Park on 15 December to celebrate Christmas with the kids this year! A 300M race route with 8 obstacles will be set up at the Robocar Poli Christmas Adventure to test the kids’ courage and their teamwork with parents! Train up at the Robocar Poli Family Training Class to keep the kids strong! Let’s be the little heroes, beat the obstacles and challenges, and bring the limited edition awards home!

活動規則 Rules and Regulations

• 所有參加者必須依次序在大會指定比賽範圍內作賽。障礙賽場地已依次標示的障礙 。
  All participants must stay on-course within the boundaries and markings set by officials, passing through all obstacles are numbered in sequence.
• 所有參加者必須在比賽進行所有賽事中保持前進 (嚴禁坐在障礙上) 。
  All participants are required to maintain forward progress on all obstacles and throughout the course (e.g. sitting atop obstacles is not permitted).
• 所有參加者務必保持清潔並取回所有自攜物品離場。
  All participants must exit the course with all items they brought in. Please keep the course clean.
• 參加者不得破壞任何植物。
  Damaging any flora is strictly prohibited.
• 參加編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均清晰可見， 沒有號碼布的參加者會被取消資格 。
  Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front). Otherwise, organizer has the right to disqualify participants.
• 大會允許參加者佩戴眼鏡（可連眼鏡繩），但基於安全理由大會不鼓勵參加者佩戴 。
  Glasses (with glasses rope) are allowed but discouraged for safety reasons.
• 檢查站提供的飲料，只供參加者享用。
  Drinks at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.

注意事項General Rules and Regulations

• 參加者必須仔細閱讀『活動規則』。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
• 參加資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the application. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted materials will not be returned.
• 家長/監護人需自行照顧同行之兒童及長者，並承擔有關照顧同行兒童及長者之全部責任。 
• Parent or guardian is responsible and liable for the safe custody or care for their children and senior citizens while inside the venue.
• 如活動過程中出現意外，大會將以人身安全為先，盡快提供救援，活動將按情況暫停、延遲或取消 。
  The event will be temporarily halted, delayed or cancelled if accident occurs. The organizer will first ensure personal safety and provide support and rescue immediately.
• 大會設有救護站，安排具專業急救資格人員站崗，並於各檢測站放置急救箱予參加者作簡單急救用途 。
  First aid station is located at the venue with first-aid personnel. And first aid boxes are located in every checkpoint for emergency uses.
• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。大會在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利 。
  People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. The Organizer reserves the right of disqualify participants who are physically not eligible for the event.
• 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽，大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況，中止參加者繼續參加資格，參加者不得異議。 如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 運動版圖有限公司已購置公眾責任保險，但並不包括個人意外保險。主辦機構建議參加者自行投購個人意外保險。•
  Sportsoho Media Limited has its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident of participants. We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.
• 大會保留更改賽事路程及調整障礙賽難度的權利 。
  The Race Director reserves the right to introduce additional time cut-offs and modify current obstacles as needed.
• 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
  The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

惡劣天氣Bad Weather

颱風警告Typhoon Signal

• 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be rescheduled.
• 如於比賽當日早上五時或之後懸掛三號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is hoisted at any time from 5:00 am on the race day, the races will be cancel.

暴雨警告Rainstorm Signal

• 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色雨警告，賽事將會取消。
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancel.
• 如於比賽當日早上五時或之後懸掛紅色或以上暴雨警告，賽事將會取消。
  If Red Rainstorm Signal or above is hoisted at any time from 5:00 am on the race day, the races will be cancel.

如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refund.

其他事宜Others

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利
  The Organizer reserves the right of all photos for future uses and references.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。

取消賽事Event Cancellation
根據以下原因，大會有權保留取消或縮短賽事的權力：
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or cut the event short for the following reasons：

• 不利的天氣情況。
  Adverse weather conditions.
• 抗議示威或路線被封閉。
  Protests or blockage along the course
• 不可抗力，即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能，不安全或不切實際的情況。 不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、騷亂、罷工、怠工、禁工或動亂、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅。
  Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organizer and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.
• 若此等情況發生，大會將不會退回報名費用 (及任何慈善捐款)。
  In such event no refund of the registration fee (and any charitable donation) will be provided.
• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨昤改動或取消，將以大會網站公佈為準。

The Great Santa Run is a worldwide event taking place in the US, Japan, France, Greece...All the events raise money to help the needy in their communities. Participant1/Leader will collect the sponsorship forms and cheques from members of your team. Please send them by post to Flat A, 9/F., Tontex Industrial Building, 2-4 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon and specify ‘HOPE worldwide Great Santa Night Run 2019’ on the envelop on or before 9 December 2019. Each sponsorship form should be attached with one crossed cheque.

• 捐款港幣$100或以上可獲寰宇希望發出捐款收據，供申請扣除香港稅項之用。所有正式收據將於活動後三個月內發出。團體/企業組別的捐款收據名稱會根據表格所填的「團體/企業名稱」發出，請填上有效的團體/機構名稱。個人/親子組的捐款收據名稱會以參加者1的名稱發出 (如收據需以其他名義發出，請下載並填妥「贊助表格」，以郵寄方式將贊助表格及支票/存款收條寄回活動統籌地址)。

  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 大會保留是次活動之最終決定權，任何有關活動的臨時改動或消息，將以大會網站公佈為準。如參加者引起公眾不安，或作出其他大會認為不當的行為，大會有權取消參加者比賽資格。
