Triples Relay (First runner completes all 3 island stages, 2nd runner completes final 2 stages (HK Island & Lantau Island), 3rd runner completes 3rd stage only (Lantau).
First Runner begins at stage 1, and is joined by Second Runner at stage 2. Then, all team members start Stage 3 and finish Stage 3 together.
