星夜下慈善跑

第二屆「WWF跑出未來」慈善跑比賽，將於2016年5月21日 (星期六) 晚上假白石角海濱長廊舉行 。

參加者將按性別、年齡及性質等分成 31 個組別。賽程分為3公里、4公里接力及10公里，參加者可視乎能力及需要報名參與合適組別。

參賽組別

賽事分為個人組、團體組(三至四人)及企業組(三至四人以及四人接力)進行，所有參賽者將分別完成3公里、4公里(接力)以及10公里的賽程。詳情如下︰

個人組

參賽者按性別及年齡分組作賽，男女子成績將分開計算，詳見下表︰
每個組別最快完成賽事的首三位選手，將獲頒發奬項，並到頒獎台上領獎。

團體組(三至四人)
每隊三至四名跑手，一同出發，成績以最快三名成員之總時間計算。

企業接力賽(四人)

每隊四名跑手，每人要完成一公里的賽事(即全隊共4公里)。
接力賽分為男子組、女子組及混合接力。

所有成員必須為10歲或以上。

The race pack collection arrangement will be emailed to participants about two weeks prior to the race.

*大會不保證能提供所選擇之尺碼,尺碼分配需視乎領取賽事包之先後次序及貨量而定,所有尺碼先到先得。
Tee size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during registration and subject to stock condition during race pack distribution. The organizer does not warrant any request in size.
*如報名時於系統未能選擇某尺碼,則表示該尺碼已沒有存貨,請自行衡量再報名。一經報名,所有尺碼不設更改。
*If there is no option of the particular size in the enrollment system, it means this size already out of stock. No size can be changed after enrollment.

獎項Awards (所有組別For all categories)：

• 如該組別參加者於5人以下，只頒發獎盃給首名
  Award will be presented to the Top 1 finisher, if the number of entries in that category is 5 or less.
• 如該組別參加者於20人以下，只頒發獎盃給首名；以及頒發獎牌給第二名及第三名
  Award will be presented to the Top 3 finishers, if the number of entries in that category is 20 or less. [Trophy will be given to the top 1 finisher; Medal will be given to 2nd and 3rd finishers]
• 如該組別參加者於21人或以上，只頒發獎盃給首名；以及頒發獎牌給第二至第五名
  Award will be presented to the Top 5 finishers, if the number of entries in that category is 21 or above. [Trophy will be given to the top 1 finisher; Medal will be given to 2nd to 5th finishers]
• 豐富獎品Prize

1. 網上報名 Online Registration: 請在本頁上方按「網上報名」並登入填寫參賽者資料，及以信用卡(Visa/Mastercard) 繳付報名費
   Fill and submit the online enrollment form and pay your enrollment fee by credit card (Visa/MasterCard)

2. 郵寄 Mail: 填妥報名表格，連同 銀行存根 或 劃線支票（抬頭：運動版圖有限公司），寄回香港九龍鑽石山彩虹道202-204號華懋工業大廈1樓B室收，信封面請註名「2016 毅騰陸上兩項鐵人挑戰賽」
   Mail your completed, signed and dated enrollment form with bank in slip or a local crossed cheque made out to ‘Sportsoho Media Ltd’ to ‘Flat B, 1/F., Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong’, specify “2016 Titan Duathlon Challenge” on the envelope.
3. 傳真或電郵Fax or email： 請將有關費用存入「運動版圖有限公司」中國銀行帳號 012-676-0-010493-8，並將存款通知書及報名表格一併傳真至2117 0023 或電郵至 titanduathlon@sportsoho.com
   Pay the enrollment fee into ‘Sportsoho Media Limited’ account 012-676-0-010493-8 (Bank of China) and either fax or email (scan copy) the deposit slip with completed enrollment form to 2117 0023 or titanduathlon@sportsoho.com

比賽規則 Rules and Regulations

• 本賽事不接受摺合車作賽
  No folding bike is allowed in this event
• 所有參加公路單車組別的單車車把必需是公路把或鐵人車把，不接受爬山車把(俗稱一字頭)作賽
  Only road bike handle bar or TT bike are allowed for road bike categories, no mountain bike handle bar is allowed
• 所有爬山單車之車呔闊度不可少於1.9吋
  The width of all mountain bike tires cannot less than 1.9 inches

備註 Remarks ：

報名事宜 Enrollment

• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀『比賽規則』。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排
  Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the application. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted materials will not be returned
• 每位參賽者可報名參與多個組別
  Each application can enroll in ONE or more categories.
• 參賽者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2008年9月出生，年齡為8 歲，所屬組別為8-9 歲)
  Applicant should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, born in Sept 2008, your age is 8. Your age group category should be age 8-9)
• 參賽名單將於比賽3天前於活動網站：www.titanduathlon.sportsoho.com 公佈
  The Start List will be posted on event website: www.titanduathlon.sportsoho.com three days before the race

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

• 如於比賽前一天中午12:00或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
• 如於比賽當日凌晨12:00或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消。
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。已進行的賽事不設補賽；報名費亦將不獲退還。
  If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. There is no refund of entry fee for this case.
• 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，陸上兩項 (單車及跑步) 將如期進行。
  Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, the Run and Bike Races will be continued.
• 本賽事不設補賽。參賽者之報名費一概不作退款
  The race has no fallback date. All paid fee will not be refunded.
• 大會建議參賽者於比賽早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話：1878200）
  Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).

其他事宜 Others

• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
