路線：沿吐露港單車徑，由舊水警碼頭至香港科學園來回，賽道為全平道路並飽覽吐露港風景。
比賽時限：4km（32分鐘）／10km（1小時30分鐘）
4公里個人賽：青年組14歲、15歲及16-17歲
10公里個人賽：A組（18-28歲）、B組（29-38歲）、C組（39-49歲）、D組（男50-59歲／女50歲以上）及E組（男60歲以上）
10公里隊際賽：設男子及女子組，每三人為一隊，計算每隊各跑手時間最短者為勝出，時間相同則以第三名隊員最快成績計算。
報名費：（4公里青年組）＄100

紀念品：凡跑畢全程者，可獲紀念背心一件
