第十四屆飛達新春長跑2021活動取消

感謝各位支持「第十四屆飛達新春長跑2021」，我們一直都留意著疫情最新情況，希望活動能夠如期進行。但鑑於疫情尚未穩定，同時限聚令亦未解除，大會考慮到參加者及工作人員的健康及安全，經審慎考慮後決定宣佈原定於2021年1月31日 (星期日)舉行之「第十四屆飛達新春長跑2021」將會取消。

「第十四屆飛達新春長跑2021」之報名費將會全數退款，款項將於90日內直接退回至 閣下報名所使用的信用卡戶口。如 閣下並非用信用卡付款，將有專人聯絡，請耐心等候。

14th Pacers New Year Run 2021 Cancellation Arrangement

Thank you for your support in “14th Pacers New Year Run 2021” originally scheduled on 31 January 2021 (Sunday). We have been constantly reviewing the status of Coronavirus Disease and hoping the event could be held as scheduled. Unfortunately, in view of the latest situation of Coronavirus Disease, and the health and safety of participants and working staff remain our top priority, we are sorry to announce that this event will be cancelled.

Full payment of “14th Pacers New Year Run 2021” will be refunded into your credit card account directly. Staff will contact you for the refund details if you were not using the credit card for the payment.

至強小小運動會 Super Kids Athletic Games

測試 Testing：

1. 評估兒童體能狀況
   To evaluate the performance of participant’s physical fitness
2. 提升兒童運動能力建議
   To give recommendation in enhancing sport ability
3. 發掘兒童運動潛能
   To explore participant’s sport potential

規則 Regulations：
立定跳遠及擲豆袋以 三次試跳 / 三次試擲賽制進行以定出總成績。如因成績出現問題，賽會會保留重賽權利。
Participants will be given three trials in total for standing long jump and bean bag throwing. Their final results will be calculated according to participant’s performance in trial. Pacers reserves the right to replay if there is a problem related to competition result.

Each participant can get a souvenir T-shirt sponsored by Shun Hing Group and a finisher medal

T-SHIRT 尺碼

*大會不保證能提供所選擇之尺碼，尺碼分配需視乎領取賽事包之先後次序及貨量而定，所有尺碼先到先得。
*T-shirt size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during registration and subject to stock condition during race pack distribution. The organizer does not warrant any size request.

*如報名時於系統未能選擇某尺碼，則表示該尺碼已沒有存貨，請自行衡量再報名。一經報名,所有尺碼不設更改。 .
*If there is no option of the particular size in the enrollment system, it means this size is already out of stock. Size cannot be changed after enrollment.

1. 為響應環保，參賽通知書將於賽事前兩週以電郵方式陸續寄出，請務必提供電郵地址。
   As environmental friendly, notification letter will be sent to each participant via email 2 weeks before the race day. Please be reminded to provide an email address.
2. 選手包將會於 2021 年1月初派發，詳情稍後於www.sportsoho.com公佈及透過電郵發放資訊。
   Participant should collect their runner’s pack in Early January 202q. Location and other details will be announced via website www.sportsoho.com and email.
3. 如由親友代為領取，請務必出示此電郵列印本，但無需另備委託書。
   If your friend is taking the race pack for you, no letter of authorization is required; all he/she needed is to show this printed confirmation email.
4. 參加者會在報名後10個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可電郵roadevent@pacers.org.hk或致電 2690 1849 查詢。
   Participants will receive the confirmation emails from Pacers within 10 working days. If you do not receive the email, please contact Pacers at 26901849 or via emails roadevent@pacers.org.hk
5. 參賽者必須仔細閱讀「比賽規則」。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事規則、條款和安排。
   Participants should thoroughly read the regulations. After submission of application, participants will have agreed to accept all regulations and arrangements from Pacers.
6. 報名一經接受，報名費將不獲發還及不得轉讓。
   Application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once application is accepted.
7. 參賽者須使用大會提供之晶片。
   Participants are required to use the timing chip provided by the organizer.
8. 惡劣天氣安排: 如於比賽前一天下午三時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。如於比賽當日早上五時或之後懸掛黑／紅色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消；如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。取消了的賽事不設補賽，報名費亦將不獲退還。
   Bad Weather Arrangements: The race will be cancelled if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued at 03:00pm one day before the event; The race will be cancelled if the Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued after 05:00am on the event day. The Event Director is authorized to amend or cancel the schedule if the bad weather or the above mentioned warning signal is issued during the race. If the race is cancelled due to bad weather (the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, thunderstorm or red / black rainstorm warning is hoisted) or other reasons, re-race and refund will not be made.
9. 參賽者的個人保險需自行負責。
   Participants are responsible to arrange their own insurance cover.
10. 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
    The organizer will provide baggage storage services. Please do not bring any valuable personal belongings. The organizer shall not be responsible for the loss or impairment of any personal item. Upon using this service, participants are assumed to accept the terms.
11. 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。
    Pacers Athletics Club reserves the right of using photos taken in this event for future promotion.
12. 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以大會網站公佈為準。
    Committee of Pacers Athletics Club reserves the right to interpret and change the above information without prior notification. Announcement of any amendment of event arrangement or event cancellation posted on the organizer’s website shall prevail.
