關注氣候變化城市定向齊減碳

近年全球暖化日趨嚴重，為提高大眾對氣候變化的關注。世界綠色組織 (World Green Organisation)舉辦「地球・敢『動』行 城市定向比賽 2019」。今年活動以「尋找消失中的冬天」為主題，希望市民培養「多步行，少搭車」習慣，減少碳排放。

參賽隊伍於限定時間內自行策劃路線，透過團隊合作，以最快速度徒步搜尋鬧市中的多個檢查點 (Checkpoint)，並挑戰各項綠色任務，輕鬆學習環保知識，體驗可持續的生活。快與親朋好友組隊參賽！

競賽組Challenge Race

大會將於比賽區域內設立不同檢查點，每一個檢查點設有不同的減碳分數，分數根據距離、難度等而定。

參賽隊伍根據大會於比賽當日派發的地圖，並於2小時內 (由出發時間開始計算) 到訪不同檢查點的電子打咭器打卡，並於限時內返回終點。比賽不設指定路線，參賽隊伍可自由設計路線及制訂策略以到達各檢查點，務求在限時內取得最高分數。

隊伍無須到訪全部檢查點，亦無須依次序到訪各個檢查點。

超過限時返回終點的隊伍則會將被扣除指定分數。各組別中最高分數的隊伍方為勝出；如分數相同，則以較短時間完成的隊伍勝出。

The organiser will set up different checkpoints in the competition area. Each checkpoint has a different carbon reduction score, and the score is determined by its distance and difficulty.

Each team has to check in the electronic timing and punching system at different checkpoints within 2 hours (calculated from the departure time) according to the map distributed by the organiser on the competition day and return to the destination within a limited time. There is no designated route in the competition. The team can freely traverse the route and strategies going about each checkpoint to achieve the highest score within the time limit.

The team does not need to visit all checkpoints, and there is no need to visit each checkpoint in sequence.

Teams will be deducted a certain score if it returns to the finish line exceeding the time limit. The highest total score in each group wins; if the scores are the same, the team completed in a shorter time wins.

繽紛組Fun Walk

大會將於比賽區域內設置不同的檢查點，繽紛組的每個檢查點將分成以下兩項任務：

1. 繽紛體能任務
2. 繽紛奪分任務

參賽隊伍根據大會於比賽當日派發的地圖，並於2小時內 (由出發時間開始計算) 到訪不同檢查點並完成任務，並於限時內返回終點。比賽不設指定路線，參賽隊伍可自由設計路線及制訂策略以到達各檢查點，務求在限時內取得最高分數。

隊伍無須到訪全部檢查點，亦無須依次序到訪各個檢查點。

超過限時返回終點的隊伍則將被扣除指定分數。各組別中最高分數的隊伍方為勝出；如分數相同，則以較短時間完成的隊伍勝出。(非牟利機構/非牟利團體組除外).

The organiser will set up different checkpoints in the competition area. Each checkpoint of Fun Walk will be divided into two missions:

1. Fun Fitness Mission
2. Fun Score Mission

Each team has to complete the missions at different checkpoints within 2 hours (calculated from the departure time) according to the map distributed by the organiser on the competition day and return to the destination within a limited time. There is no designated route in the competition. The team can freely traverse the route and strategies going about each checkpoint to achieve the highest score within the time limit.

The team does not need to visit all checkpoints, and there is no need to visit each checkpoint in sequence.

1. 本賽事大會將採用電子計時打咭系統，參賽者必需於比賽後交還，如有違失或破壞須賠償HK $150費用。The organiser will use the timing clip, the electronic timing and punching system for the race. Participants must return the clip after the competition. If there is/are any damage(s) to the clip, the fee of HK$150 will be charged to the respective participant responsible for the damage(s).
2. 比賽期間，隊伍不可乘搭任何公共或私人交通工具，包括巴士、小巴、港鐵、的士、單車。
   During the competition, teams are not allowed to take any form of public or private transportation, which includes buses, minibuses, MTRs, taxis, bicycles, and so forth.

注意事項 Important note

報名事宜 Enrolment

1. 網上報名 (大會建議) 報名費用為每隊HK$150(繽紛組)／$200(競賽組)
   Online registration fee is HK$150 of each team for Fun Walk and HK$200 for Challenge Race
2. 網上報名系統當收到參賽隊伍的報名資料後，會自動向參賽人士發出確認電郵，表示報名資料已被記錄。請檢查是否收到大會電郵。
   After receiving the registration information of the participating teams, the online registration system will automatically send a confirmation email to each teammate, indicating that the registration information has been recorded. Please make sure that you have received the confirmation email.
3. 大會將訂於9月6日或之前發出「參賽提示」電郵，如隊伍未能接獲電郵，請盡快與大會聯絡。
   The reminder email will be issued on or before September 6, 2019. If a team fails to receive the email, please call our hotline as soon as possible.

活動細則 Event Rules and Regulations

報名Enrolment

1. 參加本活動需要一定體力勞動，各隊員必須健康狀況良好，方可參與是次活動。如患有任何心臟病、呼吸系統疾病 (如哮喘等)、脊骨損傷等，請先行向醫生諮詢有關身體狀況是否適合參與，以確保安全。如年齡超過70歲者，需提供醫生證明。
   Participants should be in good health and should be suitable to participate in this event. Please consult your doctor before enrolment for any illnesses such as heart disease, respiratory system disease (e.g. asthma) or bone injury, etc. For participant aged over 70, please kindly provide a certificate of consultation.
2. 如參賽者未滿18歲，須獲其家長或監護人簽署確認「參加同意書」。
   Participants aged below 18 must obtain consent from a respective parent / guardian.
3. 參加隊員最低年齡要求為6歲。如有隊員為6歲以下，請於報名前向大會查詢。
   The minimum age of participants is 6 years old. Should any team member be aged below 6, please contact the organiser before submitting the form.
4. 若大會於報名期內仍未收到報名費用，該隊伍的參賽資格將暫時凍結而恕不另行通知。資格被凍結期間，參賽名額將優先給予候補名單的隊伍。
   If payment is not received before the deadline, the application will be temporarily put on hold without further notice. The quota will be given priority to teams on the waiting list.
5. 名額有限，額滿即止。如名額於截止日期前爆滿，本會將隨即停止接受報名，恕不另行通告。
   Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. If applications are oversubscribed before the deadline, the organiser will stop accepting applications without further notice.
6. 報名費不能作扣減稅項之用。
   Registration fee is NOT eligible for tax reduction.
7. 參賽者如被發現虛報個人資料，大會有權取消其參賽資格。
   The organiser reserves the rights to disqualify any participant who has provided incorrect personal information during enrolment.

更改參賽資料安排 Arrangement of Updating Information

1. 隊伍如欲更改隊員名單或報名組別等的資料，隊伍須以電郵方式通知大會，以更改資料。每次更改將收取HK$100之行政費，並需存款至「世界綠色組織」銀行戶口。
   In the case of wherein a change or update of the team member list, team category or other team information is needed, please contact the organiser by email. Teams will be charged HK$100 per transaction and need to deposit to the bank account of “World Green Organisation”.
2. 截止報名後大會將不接受任何更改。有意更改資料的隊伍可繼續參與活動，但不能競逐任何獎項。
   No change shall be allowed after the enrolment deadline. Teams intending to do so will be still allowed to participate in the game but will not be eligible for the awards.
3. 報名或資料更改一經接納，所收費用恕不退還。
   Transaction fees are non-refundable once the enrolment or the update of information is accepted.

所有賽事賽例Rules of the Competition

1. 參賽隊伍根據比賽當日出發前派發的地圖，並於2小時內 (由出發時間開始計算) 到訪地圖上不同檢查點的電子打咭器打卡，並於限時內返回終點。
   Within the specified time period of 2 hours (counting starts from departure), teams have to check-in at different checkpoints with the help of the competition map provided by organiser on the day of the event and return to the finish line before or within the time limit.
2. 所有「檢查點」將顯示在比賽地圖內，每一個檢查點有不同分數，分數由其距離、難度等而定出。部份指定檢查點設有特別任務，全隊隊員完成指定任務後可獲額外分數。
   All the checkpoints with different scores are scattered in the race area. The score of each checkpoint is varied depending on the distance, level of difficulty, etc. In some checkpoints with special tasks, all team members are required to complete them together to get bonus score.
3. 比賽以計分形式進行，取高分者為勝出，若同分者則以最短時間完成賽程者為勝。
   The competition is a “score-orienteering competition”. The team with the highest score will become the champion. If there is a tie in scores, the team with shorter finishing time will be the winner.
4. 超時的參賽隊伍將會被扣分。超過比賽限時每1分鐘會扣除一定分數，不足1分鐘亦當一分鐘計算。超時逾10分鐘返回終點不計算成績。Teams finishing late will be penalized at certain points per minute. The penalty will be counted in minutes. Teams passing the finish line with more than 10 minutes late may be disqualified.
5. 每名參賽者獲派發一張號碼布。全隊隊員於比賽期間必須將號碼布掛於身前可見位置，以便工作人員辨認，否則大會將有權取消其參賽資格。Each team member will be given a bib number for identification. Participants should put on their bibs on their chest and ensure they are clearly visible to the staff member at all times. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply.
6. 每隊將獲派發一個電子打卡器，每當參加隊伍完成檢查點任務時，隊伍需在電子打咭器上打咭以記錄到訪位置及時間。Each team will be given an electronic timing clip. Whenever a team reaches or completes the checkpoint task(s), the team is required to tap the clip for timing and marking the locations.
7. 比賽期間遺失號碼布或電子打卡器，隊伍需返回大會會場補領，方可繼續比賽，違者將被即時取消參賽資格。If any participant lost the number bibs and/or electronic timing clip during competition, he/she together with his/her team members should return to Start/Finish point together for re-issuing the number bibs/timing clip. Violation of this will be disqualified.
8. 參賽隊伍不能接受其他人的協助及支援以完成賽事，亦不可故意跟隨其他參賽隊伍。
   Teams compete on a self-sufficient basis. Any support in whatever form or manner i.e deliberately following other teams is not allowed.
9. 參賽隊伍必須遵守交通規則，並使用行人通道和相關設施橫過馬路，不可沿車道前進。如有發現違規隊伍，包括衝紅燈，可被取消資格。
   Participants must comply with the traffic rules i.e use of pedestrian facilities. Violation of this rule, including “running the red light” will risk disqualification.
10. 比賽以隊制比賽，所有隊員必須一同作賽，全隊隊員須一同於起步禮中出發、同步到達各「檢查點」，並完成指定任務方可打咭，並一同抵達終點才算完成比賽，否則其隊伍競逐獎項的資格將被取消。
    To complete the competition, all team members of participating team should depart from the start point, check-in at the checkpoints after completing the tasks and arrive at the finish point all together. Violation of this will risk disqualification.
11. 隊伍不得移動或損壞檢查點或大會設施。若有損毀，須按價賠償。
    Removing or damaging any checkpoint devices and venue properties are prohibited. Violating teams shall undertake the obligation for indemnity.
12. 比賽期間，隊伍只可以步行、跑步進行。隊伍不可乘搭任何代步交通工具，公共或私人交通工具，包括但不局限於巴士、小巴、港鐵、的士、客貨車、單車等。
    Teams are only allowed to proceed on foot. Teams are not allowed to travel on any mobile vehicle, public and private transportation during the race, including bus, minibus, MTR, taxi, van and bike etc.

活動前 Before the Event

1. 如有個別隊員於賽前因任何原因缺席或退出，隊伍必須起步前到會場詢問處處理退出手續，該隊伍方可繼續參加比賽及競逐任何獎項。在任何情況如隊伍少於2人，則不可出發或參與活動。
   If there is an absence or quit of teammate(s) before competition, the team must report to the venue information counter before the competition, then team is still allowed to participate and compete for the awards in the competition. Teams with less than two participants in any situation will not be allowed to start or participate in the competition.
2. 隊伍須於指定時間到達比賽場地報到，屆時全隊隊員須齊集及佩戴隊伍號碼布。除非經已向大會申請退出，若隊員未齊或有隊員下落不明，大會有權拒絕辦理登記手續。
   Teams should arrive at the event venue at designated time of check-in. All team members should be present, with the number bibs attached. Except for those who have officially reported to withdraw, the organiser reserves the right to reject check-in for teams that are incomplete.
3. 大會建議參賽者穿著大會提供的T恤或以綠色為主調的衣飾。
   The organiser encourages wearing the “Green Walk Hong Kong” official T-shirt. Participants are advised to wear clothes that are in shades of Green.
4. 活動場地設行李寄存區，隊伍可選擇寄存或自行保管財物。但大會不會承擔任何參賽者的財物損失。
   Luggage storage service is provided in the event. Teams could either use the service or keep their personal belongings by themselves. Yet, World Green Organisation cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen property.
5. 隊伍須於指定時間進入比賽等候區。比賽地圖將於全隊隊員進入等候區時派發，但凡取得地圖後不得離開等候區。Teams should enter the waiting area at designated time. Competition maps will be distributed when all team members are checked-in. Once the competition maps are distributed to all team members, all team members are not allowed to leave the waiting area.

活動期間 During Event

1. 為支持環保，活動期間參賽隊伍應盡力避免任何破壞環境及浪費資源的行為。請將自備的空水樽、食品包裝袋及廢紙等垃圾，必須拋棄於垃圾回收箱內，以保持地方清潔。
   In the spirit of environment protection, all participants are encouraged to keep the place clean. The organiser encourages them to recycle any empty bottles and food packages.
2. 隊伍到達檢查點的時間以拍卡系統所記錄的時間為準。如隊伍懷疑未能成功拍卡，請立即向在場工作人員反映及作出記錄，並在備用打孔格內以機械式打孔器在方格內打孔，以證明曾到訪該檢查點。所有成績以電子打咭的記錄爲準，比賽隊伍必須確保在電子打咭器上正確打咭，如電子打咭未有記錄的，將會列作未能完成而不計算成績。
   Arrival time of each team will be based on the timestamp recorded at checkpoints in the system. If teams suspect any unsuccessful timestamp recording, please report to the staff members on site, punch a hole on the spare punched area using the mechanical puncher provided at each checkpoint for record. All results are subjected to the system. Teams should ensure that the electronic timing clips is properly tapped, otherwise the score will not be counted.
3. 參加者應以公平、誠實、友善的態度進行活動，並尊重其他參加者、大會人員，以及活動範圍中的居民。
   Participants should take a fair, honest and friendly attitude, and show respects towards other participants, staff members and residents in the event area.

活動後 After Event

1. 參賽者必需於比賽後交還電子打咭，如有違失或破壞須賠償HK$150。
   Teams are required to return the electronic timing clips after the competition. All equipment is required to be returned to the organiser. If found damaged or lost during the event, teams will be subjected to a compensation of HK$150 per chip.
2. 比賽途中如有個別隊員需要臨時退出，隊員需於返回終點打卡前必須向工作人員說明，否則工作人員有權拒絕該隊伍在終點打咭。
   If there is/are individual participants who quit during the competition, teams must report to staff members before tapping the final checkpoint at the finish line. Otherwise, the organiser reserves the right to reject check-in at the finish line.

保險、健康及安全提示 Insurance, Health and Safety

1. 大會已購買公眾責任保險，如有需要的參賽者可自行購買個人或相關保險。
   Public liability is covered by the organiser; Participants are advised to purchase their own insurance if necessary.
2. 時刻留意自己的身體狀況，必須量力而為。如有不適，請即告知同行隊員，切勿勉強行事。
   Please pay attention to your physical condition. If you experience any discomfort, please tell your team members or the staff on-site and do not push yourself over the limit.
3. 在任何情況下，切勿撇下隊員不顧。遇有隊員受傷或體力不支，同行隊友必須將傷者送往最近的檢查點 / 急救站求助。
   Never leave your team members unattended in any circumstances. If your team member is injured or exhausted, please send him / her to the nearest checkpoint / first aid depot for help.
4. 如受傷隊員傷勢嚴重或不能走動，建議立即撥緊急電話號碼 (列印於各參加者的地圖上)，說明所在位置，並陪伴傷者至救援人員到達為止。
   If your team member is seriously injured or cannot walk, please call the emergency hotline (telephone number printed on the map of participants), indicate your location and accompany him / her until the arrival of our first-aider.
5. 大會會場及多個檢查點均設有救傷隊提供急救服務。
   First aids are available inside the start/finish point and at several checkpoints. (all shown on the map).
6. 請留意活動當日的天氣情況做好預防措施，例如使用防曬用品或穿著合適衣物等。
   Participants are advised to take protective measures for the weather, such as applying sunscreen and wearing appropriate clothing.
7. 謹記於活動期間定期飲水為身體補充所流失的水份。
   Please drink plenty of water to recover the body fluids lost during the event.
8. 空氣質素健康指數：請留意環保署的空氣質素健康指數(AQHI)，尤其當健康風險級別達高、甚高或嚴重的水平時，建議參賽者應先諮詢醫生意見是否適合參加戶外活動。
   Please take note of the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI), especially when the Health Risk Category reaches high, very high or serious. Please consult medical advice to decide whether to participate in outdoor activities.

中途退出 Quitting During the Competition

1. 如參賽隊伍/ 個別隊員有意中途退出，必須先行到會場詢問處辦理退出手續，以便大會妥善記錄及處理。工作人員會記錄退出隊員及其所屬隊伍的資料 (凡有參賽者中途退出的團隊，將不可競逐任何獎項)。
   Participants who intend to quit during the competition must report to the venue information counter and return the electronic timing clips. We will record the information of the participant (Teams cannot compete for the awards if any one of the members quit during the competition).
2. 未能完成賽事的參賽者，離開前亦需先通知大會，並交還電子打咭。如大會發現隊伍於衝線時並未集齊全部隊員，此隊伍將有機會被取消資格。
   Participants who quit during the competition must report and return the electronic timing clips to us. If any missing team member(s) is found at the finish line, the team may be disqualified.

惡劣天氣安排 Adverse Weather Arrangements

1. 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消。
   If a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at or after 12 noon on the day before the competition, the event will be cancelled.
2. 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將會取消。
   If a black rainstorm hangs on or after 12 am on the day of the match, the event will be cancelled.
3. 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，將如期進行。
   If the Observatory hoists red rainstorms at or after 6 am on the day of the competition, a thunderstorm or a typhoon warning No. 3 will proceed as scheduled.
4. 活動期間如天氣轉壞或天文台發出上述警告信號，大會有權更改賽程或取消活動。請留意現場工作人員的指示。
   If any of the above weather warning signals are in effect or the adverse weather condition happens during the event, the organiser reserves the right to amend the race route or cancel the event. Please follow the on-site instructions.
5. 所有報名費恕不退還。在扣除籌辦成本後，餘下款項將撥作支持「世界綠色組織」推動環境保育工作之用途。
   All participation fees are non-refundable. All proceeds, after deducting expenses, will go to World Green Organisation to sustain and support the environmental conservation development.
6. 惡劣天氣安排請留意大會網頁 及 Facebook 的即時公佈。
   Please stay tuned with the updates on the event website and Facebook Page.

懲罰及賽果上訴 Penalty & Appeals

1. 違反本賽事任何規則，將被取消參賽資格(DQ )，其成績也將被取消資格。
   The penalty for breaching any of the aforementioned rules is subject to disqualification. Any team disqualified under this rule shall be recorded as disqualified (DQ).
2. 大會將於比賽當日即場公佈各組別不同獎項的得獎名單，如參賽者對賽果有質疑，必須於成績公佈後的15分鐘內提出上訴，質詢者需向終點區的詢問處提交上訴申請表格，並繳付上訴費用HK$100。如上訴被駁回，所繳費用將不獲發還。
   On the event day, the winners list will be announced on site. Appeals to the winners list must be submitted within 15 minutes after result announcements by filling in the form and paying HK$100 deposit to the Information Counter located at the finish line. The deposit will be forfeited if the appeal is unsuccessful.

其他 Others

1. 如本網站的中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。
   If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English version of the website, the Chinese version shall prevail.
2. 如有任何爭議時，大會將保留一切最終決定權。

• 完整報名以完成付款為準。
• 參加者必須仔細閱讀「比賽規則」。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事規則、條款和安排。
• 參加者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2002年9月出生，年齡則為17歲)
• 參加者個人意外保險需自行負責。
• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病，如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。大會在得悉 或懷疑的情況下，將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。
• 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加活動，大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況， 終止參加者繼續活動資格，參加者不得異議。
• 參加者會在報名後10個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可發電郵hywcyclingrace@sportsoho.com。

• 如活動過程中，遇上天災及人禍所引發的突發情況（洪水、山火、山泥傾瀉、塌樹、 地震、路面受損壞、打鬥等），是日活動將暫時停止或取消，所繳交之報名費及租車費將不設退款，參加者須盡快前往安全地方暫避。

健康與安全提示

• 活動中有部分路段對參加者的單車駕駛技術要求較高，工作人員有機會要求參加者短暫下車。為確保參加者安全，請聽從工作人員指示。
• 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加活動。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
• 參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質，並知道此活動需要消耗體力，同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參加者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適，請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。
• 參加者請自行進行防曬措施，例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及多喝水。
• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。
• 主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者的資格。
• 主辦機構已就是次活動購置公眾責任保險，然而亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。

惡劣天氣

• 如天文台於比賽開始時間 (11:00) 前3小時宣告掛上紅色或黑色暴雨警告訊號 / 3號風球或以上，是日比賽將會取消。
• 當天文台發出雷暴警告後，大會即時查閱天文台網頁，假如比賽場地十五公里範圍內在過去三十分鐘內並無閃電記錄，大會將會視乎實際天氣情況，在適宜情況下如常比賽，大會將會向參加者發出廣播，通知有關事宜，參加者可自行決定是否繼續進行比賽。大會亦會不時查閱天文台網頁，當比賽場地十五公里範圍內出現閃電記錄或在大會認為不適宜比賽的情況下，大會將中止比賽，各參加者必須立即返回起/終點或任何安全地點等候進一步消息。如附近有建築物，應躲入建築物內。切勿站立於山頂上或接近導電性高的物體。樹木或桅杆容易被閃電擊中，應盡量遠離。閃電擊中物體後，電流會經地面傳開，因此不要躺在地上，潮濕地面尤其危險。應該蹲著並盡量減少與地面接觸的面積。
• 任何即場發生之事故引致比賽不適宜繼續進行，例如嚴重意外發生後救傷人員執行工作時導致比賽場地持續受阻礙，經裁判團與大會聯合商議後也可中止或取消比賽。
• 大會建議參加者於活動早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話：1878200）

比賽細則Race Regulations

1. 參加隊伍根據大會於當日出發前派發的地圖，由出發時間起2小時內到地圖上不同的綠建任務站完成任務，以電子打卡器打卡並於蓋印卡上蓋印，以獲取最多打卡紀錄及蓋印為目標，並於限時內返回終點。（家庭組時限為1.5 小時）
   With the race map provided by the Organiser, teams will have a time limit of 2 hours to finish the missions, check-in and collect as many stamps as possible at different checkpoints, then return to the destination to complete the race within the time limit. (Time limit of family category is 1.5 hours)
2. 所有「綠建任務站」將顯示在活動地圖內，每一個綠建任務站有不同分數及任務，分數按距離、難度等而定。
   All the checkpoints are shown on the race map. The score of each checkpoint is varied depending on the distances and difficulties of missions.
3. 活動以計分形式進行，各個組別中最高分數的頭三隊將獲得冠、亞、季軍獎項，若出現同分者則以完成時間較短之隊伍為勝。
   This is a score-orienteering race. The team with the highest score in each category will become the champion. The team which completed the race with the shortest time will be perceived as winner if same scores among teams.
4. 每名參加者將獲派發一張號碼布。全隊隊員於活動期間必須將號碼布掛於身前可見位置，以便工作人員辨認，否則大會將有權取消其參加資格。
   Each member will be given a numbered bib for identification. Participants shall put on the bibs on their chest to ensure their numbers are clearly seen by the staff at all times. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply.
5. 活動期間遺失號碼布或蓋印卡之隊伍須返回建造業零碳天地補領，方可繼續活動， 違者會被即時取消參加資格。
   If any participant lost the numbered bib and/or stamp card during the event, he/she together with his/her team members shall return to CIC – Zero Carbon Park for re-issuing the numbered bibs/stamp card. Violating teams will risk disqualification.
6. 參加隊伍不能接受非隊員的協助及支援以完成活動，亦不可故意跟隨其他參加隊伍 。
   Teams compete on a self-sufficient basis. Any support in whatever form and from whatever source, or deliberately following other teams are not allowed.
7. 參加者必須遵守交通規則並使用行人通道和相關設施橫過行車道，不可衝紅燈或沿車道前進。如有發現違規隊伍，可被取消資格。
   Participants must comply with the traffic rules and use pedestrian facilities. Participants shall not walk on roads or “run a red light” . Violating teams will risk disqualification.
8. 活動以隊制形式比賽，所有隊員必須一同作賽，全隊隊員須一同於起步禮中出發、同步到達各「綠建任務站」 並完成指定任務方可打卡，然後一同抵達終點才算完成比賽，否則其隊伍的獲獎資格會被取消。
   This is a team-based race, all the team members shall depart from the start point, check-in at the checkpoints after completing the missions and arrive at the finish point all together. Violating teams will risk disqualification.
9. 隊伍不得移動或損壞綠建任務站和大會之設施。若有損毀，須按價賠償。
   Removal or damage of checkpoint devices and venue properties are prohibited. Violating teams shall undertake the obligation for indemnity.
10. 活動期間，隊伍只可以步行或跑步進行。隊伍不可乘搭任何代步工具，公共或私人交通工具，包括巴士、小巴、港鐵、的士、客貨車、單車等。
    Teams are only allowed to proceed on foot. Teams are not allowed to take any public or private transportation during the race, including bus, minibus, MTR, taxi, van and bike etc.
11. 完成比賽後，參加者須回到登記處（建造業零碳天地）交還電子打卡器及蓋印卡。
    The electronic device and stamp card shall be returned to the registration centre (CIC – Zero Carbon Park) after the race.
12. 工作人員會於比賽結束後即時統計所有參加者的分數。完成任務越多（電子打卡紀錄數量越多），分數越高。如兩隊出現相同分數，將以完成時間較短的隊伍為優勝隊伍。各個組別中最高分數的頭三隊將可獲得冠、亞、季軍之獎項，比賽結果亦會於同日的「香港綠色建築週2019 開幕典禮」公布及頒獎。
    Participants’ score will be counted by staff after race. The more missions are completed, the higher score will be granted. The team which completed the race with the shortest time will be perceived as winner if same scores among teams. Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up prizes will be awarded to the three teams with the highest score in each category during the “Hong Kong Green Building Week Opening Ceremony” on the same day.

活動前 Before Event

1. 如有個別隊員於賽前或活動期間因任何原因缺席或退出，該隊伍可繼續參加比賽，但不能競逐任何獎項。在任何情況下如隊伍少於2人，則不可出發或參與活動。
   If there is an absence of teammate(s) before or during the event, the team is still allowed to participate in the race but will not be eligible for the awards. Team with less than two participants in any situation will not be allowed to start or participate the event.
2. 隊伍須於指定時間到達活動場地報到，屆時全隊隊員須齊集及佩戴號碼布。除非經已向大會申請退出，否則若有隊員未齊或下落不明的情況下，大會有權拒絕辦理登記手續。
   Teams shall arrive at the Event venue at designated time to check-in. All team members shall be present, with numbered bibs attached. Except for those who have officially reported to withdraw, the Organiser reserves the right to reject check-in for teams not showing up in full team.
3. 參加者須穿著選手包內的大會活動T-shirt，而下身可穿著以綠色或白色為主調及低碳的服飾。
   The participants shall wear the event t-shirt, or green tone and low carbon bottoms.
4. 活動場地不設行李寄存服務，隊伍須自行保管財物。大會不會承擔任何參加者的財物損失。
   Luggage storage service is not provided. Teams are reminded to be aware of personal belongings, and run at their own risk of property loss.
5. 隊伍須於指定時間進入活動等候區。活動地圖將於全隊隊員進入等候區時派發，但凡取得地圖後不得離開等候區。
   Teams shall enter waiting area at designated time. Map will be distributed when all team members check-in. Once received the map, all team members are not allowed to leave the waiting area.

活動期間 During Event

1. 為支持環保，活動期間參加者應盡力避免任何破壞環境及浪費資源的行為。大會鼓勵參加者自備水樽和毛巾。如有空膠樽、食品包裝袋及廢紙等垃圾必須拋棄於垃圾回收箱內，保持地方清潔。
   In supporting environment protection, participants shall avoid any action that will cause any damages to the environment or wastage. The Organiser encourages participants to bring their own bottles and towels. Empty bottle, food packages and garbage shall be disposed in recycling bins, and keep the environment clean.
2. 大會於沿途不同地點將設置水站為參加者提供飲用水，每個水站會有工作人員在場協助。水站並不提供樽裝水，請參加者自備水樽，或使用選手包內的環保水樽。
   There will be water stations at several spots of the race. Participants can contact staff at each water station if any assistance is needed. Bottled water will not be provided in the water stations. Participants shall prepare own water bottle or to use the reusable water bottle in the race pack.
3. 所有成績以電子打卡的紀錄為準，參加隊伍必須確保在電子打卡器上正確打卡，如未有紀錄將列作未能完成且不計算入成績內。
   Records of team will be based on the record of the electronic timing system. All results are subjected to the system and the card. Teams shall ensure that the timing chip is properly recorded, otherwise the score will not be counted.

4. 如受傷隊員傷勢嚴重或情況緊急，請立即致電999 (若非緊急，請致電列印於參加者地圖上的非緊急聯絡電話)，說明所在位置，並陪伴傷者至救護人員到場為止。
   If your team member is seriously injured or in emergency situation, please call 999 (if non-emergency, please call telephone number printed on the map), indicate your location and accompany him/her until the arrival of first aider.
5. 大會會場及部份綠建任務站均設有救傷隊提供急救服務，詳情可參考活動地圖上的標示。
   First aid is available inside the start/finish point and at several checkpoints. (All shown on the map)
6. 請留意活動當日的天氣情況以做好預防措施，例如使用防曬用品或穿著合適衣物等。
   Participants are advised to take protective measures against UV and cold, such as applying sunscreen and wearing appropriate clothing.
7. 謹記於活動期間定期飲水為身體補充所流失的水份。
   Keep drinking plenty of water to recover the loss during the event.
8. 空氣質素健康指數：請留意環保署的空氣質素健康指數(AQHI)，尤其當健康風險級別達高、甚高或嚴重的水平時，建議參加者應先諮詢醫生意見是否適合參加戶外活動。
   Please take note of the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI), especially when the Health Risk Category reaches high, very high or serious. Please consult medical advice to decide whether to participate in outdoor activities.

中途退出 Quit During the Event

1. 如參加隊伍/個別隊員有意中途退出，必須先到最近的綠建任務站辦理退出手續以便大會妥善紀錄及處理。工作人員會記錄退出隊員及其所屬隊伍的資料 (凡有參加者中途退出的隊伍，將不可競逐任何獎項) 及收回蓋印卡。
   Participants who intend to quit during the event must report to the nearest checkpoint and return the stamp card. We will record the information of the participant (Teams cannot compete for the awards if any member quit during the event) and take back the stamp card.
2. 未能完成活動的參加者，離開前亦須預先通知大會，並交還蓋印卡。如大會發現隊伍於衝線的一刻並不齊人，該隊伍將會被取消資格。
   Participants who quit during the event must report and return the stamp card to us. If any team could not arrive the finish line all together, the team will be disqualified.

惡劣天氣安排 Adverse Weather Arrangements

1. 如於活動前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風警告信號，活動將會取消。 
   If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
2. 如於活動當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，活動將會取消。
   If the Black Rainstorm Signal is issued at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
3. 如天文台於活動當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨、雷暴警告或三號颱風警告信號，活動將如期進行。
   Shall the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No.3 are issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, races will be continued.
4. 如活動進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，活動總監有權更改活動賽程或取消正在進行中的活動。
   Shall the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race.
5. 香港天文台如於活動當日(2019年9月21日) 上午10時或之前取消三號或以上颱風警告信號或紅色或黑色暴雨警告，下午之活動將依原定計劃舉行。
   The event will be held as usual if the no. 3 or above typhoon signal, red or black rainstorm warning signal is cancelled at 10:00am on the event day (21 September 2019).
6. 活動期間如天氣轉壞或天文台發出上述警告信號，大會有權更改賽程或取消活動。請留意現場工作人員的指示。
   When any of the above weather warning signals are hoisted or the adverse weather condition happens during the race, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the race route or cancel the event. Please follow the instructions on-site.
7. 如是次活動因天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告而取消，將不設補賽。
   No rescheduled race due to inclement weather or other reasons.
8. 請留意大會網頁 及 Facebook 的即時公布。

懲罰及賽果上訴 Penalty & Appeals

1. 違反本活動任何規則將被取消參加資格，參加者成績將以取消資格作記錄。
   The penalty for breaching any above-mentioned rules is subject to disqualification. Any team disqualified under this rule shall be recorded as disqualified.
2. 大會將於活動當日於現場公布各組別不同獎項的得獎名單，如參加者對賽果有質疑，上訴必須於成績公布後的15分鐘內提出，質詢者須向終點區的詢問處提交上訴申請表格，並繳付上訴費用港幣100元正。如上訴被駁回，所繳費用將不獲發還。
   On the Event day, the winners list will be announced on site. Appeals on the winners list must be submitted within 15 minutes after result announcements by filling in the form and handing HK$100 deposit to the Information Counter located at the Finish point. The deposit will be forfeited if the appeal is unsuccessful.

其他 Others

1. 如本網站的中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。
   If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English version of the website, the Chinese version shall prevail.
2. 如有任何爭議時，大會將保留一切最終決定權。
   The Organiser reserves the rights of final decision on the arrangement of the Event.
