參加者需自行前往比賽場地。
Participants have to arrive the event venue by oneself.

大會不提供泊車位,自行駕車前往之參加者,請將車停泊在郵輪碼頭。由於郵輪碼頭車位有限,大會建議參加者使用公共交通工具前往比賽場地。
NO Parking area is reversed. Participants are encouraged to consider arriving by public transport. Please park your car inside the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal if needed. The public transport route guide is shown below.

1. GMinibus: Green minibus No. 86 operates between the cruise terminal and Kowloon Bay MTR Station (Telford Gardens) from 06:40 to 23:00 daily with a fare charged at $5.5. First minibus departs at 06:40 from Telford Gardens. The headway of the minibus route service will be approximately 8 to 25 minutes.

1. 香港身份證持有者及身體狀況良好HKID Card holder and good body condition
2. 必須簽署責任聲明書 (18歲以下人仕必須由家長簽署) Must sign the waiver form (with guardian’s signature for the participants who are 18 years old or below)

ENTRY PROCEDURES 報名方法

1. 網上報名: 請登入www.superherorun.sportsoho.com填寫參賽者資料，及以信用卡(Visa/Mastercard) 繳付報名費 Online registration: Fill and submit the online enrollment form on www.superherorun.sportsoho.com and pay your enrollment fee by credit card (Visa/MasterCard)


2. 郵寄: 填妥報名表格，連同 銀行存根 或 劃線支票（抬頭：運動版圖有限公司），寄回香港九龍鑽石山彩虹道202-204號華懋工業大廈1樓B室收，信封面請註名「超級聯盟慈善跑」 Mail: Mail your completed, signed and dated enrollment form with bank in slip or a local crossed cheque made out to ‘Sportsoho Media Ltd’ to ‘Flat B, 1/F., Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong’, specify “AIDS Care Superhero Run” on the envelope.


3. 傳真或電郵： 請將有關費用存入「運動版圖有限公司」中國銀行帳號012-676-0-010493-8，並將存款通知書及報名表格一併傳真至 2117 0023 或電郵至 superherorun@sportsoho.com Fax or email: Pay the enrollment fee into ‘Sportsoho Media Limited’ account 012-676-0-010493-8 (Bank of China) and either fax or email (scan copy) the deposit slip with completed enrollment form to 2117 0023 or superherorun@sportsoho.com

接力組 Relay

各接力組別之冠軍可獲獎盃乙座及獎牌三枚。
The Champion of each relay category will be awarded a trophy and 3 medals.

The 1st-runner up of each relay category will be awarded a trophy and 3 medals.

團體組 Super Team

注意事項 Important Notes:

• 報名一經接納 ，報名費將不獲退回。 Once your entry is accepted, your entry fee will not be refunded.


• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。 Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.


• 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。 Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.


• 號碼布、計時晶片將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者需攜同電郵列印本領取。 Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should show the email copy to pick up the race pack with bib number and timing chip.


• 不接受現場及逾期報名。 Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.


• 參加者只可以報名屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2009年10月出生， 年齡為6歲，所屬組別為2009年) Participants should register according to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, born in Oct 2009, your age is 6. Your group category should be 2009.)


• 主辦單位在得悉或懷疑情況下，保留、限制拒絕接受報名或取消任何不適宜參加本活動的參賽權利。(如申請者提供錯誤資料,不能繳交報名表及費用,不依從正確報名程序報名,或患慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓人士)。 The Organizer reserves the right to reject any application which is not eligible for entering the event. (e.g. Participants who are physically not eligible for the event. People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.)


• 報名一經接納，報名費恕不退還。已寄出的報名或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。被取消資格人士的報名費及其他費用，將不獲退還。 Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.


• 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。 If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.


• 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消。 If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 00:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.


• 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，賽事將如期進行。 The race will be continued if the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 are hoisted at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, the race will be continued.


• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。已進行的賽事不設補賽；報名費亦將不獲退還。 If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. There is no refund of entry fee for this case.


• 大會建議參賽者於比賽早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話：1878200） Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).

備註REMARKS

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。 Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.


• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。 Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.


• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。 All prizes are not redeemable for cash.


• 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。 The Organizer reserves the right of all photos for future uses and references.


• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。 Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.


• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消,將以大會網站公佈為準。 The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.
