比賽形式
參賽者需穿上2吋踭的粉紅高踭鞋在赤柱大街上競跑。比賽分為五個組別，各以最快完成賽事者勝出為「冠軍」，大會亦歡迎參賽者以粉紅色飾物裝扮出席，以表關注遺傳性乳癌。而每個組別均另設有「最奇趣服裝獎」及「最高籌款獎」。

最後報名日期
參賽者必須於2013年11月11日或之前，提交報名費及全數贊助款項，連同報名及贊助表格，予活動代理「運動版圖」，否則參賽者將會被取消比賽資格，已寄出的報名費亦不獲退還。

- 參賽者凡於2013年10月3日或之前成功報名，可獲贈度身訂造的粉紅色高踭鞋一對，數量有限，先到先得。
- 大會確認參賽者的報名後，將會以電郵方式發出確認信給參賽者。參賽者即可攜同確認信到大會指定門市度身訂造粉紅色高踭鞋一對。

注意事項
- 參加者將會在報名後7個工作天內收到大會的確認電郵，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至pinkheels@sportsoho.com或致電 (852) 2117 1011查詢。
- 號碼布、計時晶片、參賽用品及禮品包將於比賽當日派發給參賽者。
- 不接受現場或逾期報名。
- 若比賽當天懸掛八號(或以上)颱風、黑色暴雨訊號、其他自然災害或其他嚴重事故而影響賽事進行，比賽將會取消，已遞交之報名費及贊助費亦不可退回。
- 報名費及贊助費在任何情況下均不得退回。
- 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
- 團隊組別中，以報名表格參加者(1)為主要聯絡人。
- 除報名費外，每項捐款港幣HK$100或以上，可獲發收據作扣稅用途 (稅務局檔案號碼：91/9216)。如有任何查詢，請聯絡稅務局。

The 3rd Race with Pink Heels

Race Format
Participants are required to wear a pair of 2 inches pink heels to race on Stanley Main Street. The Race is divided by five categories and “The Winner” will be the runner records the shortest time from each category. We also have awards for “The Best Costume” and “Top Fundraiser” participants in each category. Participants are also welcome to put on pink accessories to express their awareness of hereditary breast cancer.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE :
Participants are required to submit the registration fee and all sponsorship donations on or before 11th November, 2013, together with the completed forms to Sportsoho, the authorized event agency. Otherwise, the participation will be disqualified. All registration fees are non- refundable.
Get Your Own Pink Heels!
- On or before 3rd September, 2013, any participants who have successfully registered can get a free pair of tailor made 2-inch pink high heels on first come first served basis while stock lasts.
- A confirmation letter will be sent to registered participant via email. Participant may bring the confirmation letter to designated outlets to enjoy free fitting and tailor making your own pink heels

Important Notes
- Confirmation letters will be sent to participants by e-mail within seven working days after the registration. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact (852) 2117 1011 or send message to pinkheels@sportsoho.com for enquiries.
- Race packs with bib number, time chip, and souvenir will be distributed at the event venue.
- Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
- The event will be cancelled due to typhoon signal No.8 (or above), or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted or the race is affected by any other natural disasters or serious accidents. No refund of registration and sponsorships will be available.
- Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance claims.
- Registration fees and sponsorship are not refundable under any circumstances.
- For team application, participant 1 will be the key contact person to represent the team.
- Official tax-deductible receipt will be issued for any donation (except registration fee) of HK$100 or above. (IR File No.91/9216) Please contact Inland Revenue Department for enquiries.
- Photocopies of original registration form and sponsorship form are acceptable. Those materials are also available from the website www.pinkheels.sportsoho.com

男子青少年組 及公開組 – 第二階段至總決賽
16強賽開始將以淘汰賽形式進行。
女子公開組 – 第一階段
8支參賽球隊將以抽籤方式分為2小組，每小組4隊作單循環比賽。每組首2名出線，球隊名次按現行<<國際籃球規則― 球隊名次排列>>所規定為準。
女子公開組 –第二階段至總決賽
4強賽開始將以淘汰賽形式進行。
比賽時間: 每場比賽20分鐘，即上下半場各10分鐘，中場休息2分鐘。每場比賽每隊設1次1分鐘暫停。每次球隊暫停及比賽最後1分鐘採取停錶制，其餘時間不設停錶。如法定時間完結時兩隊出現同分，比賽雙方的5名場內球員將進行黃金罰球，直至分出勝負為止。
