Participants can team up with your friends who have successfully enrolled in Half Marathon categories to win the Group Cup. Each participant can sign up in one team only. Each team has 6 members. Result will be determined by the total time of the first 5 team members. Please fill in the enrollment form on or before 4th December 2019. We welcome running clubs, corporations and organizations to fight for the Cup! The Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up will be awarded Trophy and Medals.

報名事宜Enrollment
- 完整報名以完成付款為準。
A completed enrollment is counted as payment successful. - 參賽者必須仔細閱讀「比賽規則」。報名申請一經遞交,即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事規則、條款和安排。
Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Organizer assumes participants who completed the enrollment process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up. - 參加者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如一名男子於1994年11月出生,年齡為25 歲,所屬組別為壯年男子20-29歲)
Participants should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, a male born in Nov 1994, his age is counted as 25. His age group category should be Male 20-29). - 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover. - 參賽費用不能作扣稅之用。
Enrollment Fee are not tax deductible. - 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病,如心臟病及高血壓的人士,皆不應參加是次活動。大會在得悉 或懷疑的情況下,將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。
People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. The Organizer reserves the right of disqualify participants who are physically not eligible for the event. - 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽,大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況, 終止參加者繼續參賽資格,參加者不得異議。
Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision. - 參加者會在報名後10個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名,如未有收到通知,可發電郵至info@garmintphm.com。
Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 10 working days after an enrollment is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to info@garmintphm.com. - 不接受現場及逾期報名。
Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted. - 資料不全者,恕不接受報名。
Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted. - 已寄出的報名或重覆報名,均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。
No return, cancellation or transfer for all enrollments, including late and duplicate enrollments. - 如活動過程中,遇上天災及人禍所引發的突發情況(洪水、山火、山泥傾瀉、塌樹、 地震、路面受損壞、打鬥、暴動等),是日活動將暫時停止或取消,參加者須盡快前往安全 地方暫避。
The event will be temporarily halted or cancelled if emergency situations occur due to natural and man-made disasters (flood, wildfire, landslide, collapse of tree, earthquake, damage of road, fights, etc.) during the event. All participants should immediately go to a safe place to stay temporarily.
惡劣天氣 Severe Weather
- 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,當日賽事將會取消。
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. - 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨,當日賽事將會取消。
If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 04:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. - 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告,賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. No refund or no rescheduled will be made. - 本賽事不設補賽, 參賽者之報名費一概不作退款。
No fallback date for the race. All enrollment fee will not be refunded. - 大會建議參賽者於比賽早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話:1878200)
Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).
其他事宜Others
- 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品,如有損毀或遺失,大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排,已被假定接受此條款。 <
Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us. Participant uses this service is subjected to the acceptance of this clause. - 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助,請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center. - 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
All prizes are not redeemable for cash. - 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。
The Organizer reserves the right of all photos of the event for future uses and references. - 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消,將以大會網站公佈為準。
The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.
比賽規則 Rules and Regulations
- 參賽者必須自力走或跑畢全程。
Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power. - 參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方,於任何時間均須清晰可見。
Bib numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front). - 參賽者不得服食禁藥或違規藥物。
Doping and the use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited. - 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.
環保注意事項 Green Reminder
- 大會全力配合減廢及回收,補充站會提供各類的回收設施,請跟從工作人員的指示,妥善處理垃圾及回收物。
The organizer will fully cooperate with waste reduction and recycling. The refreshment station will provide various recycling facilities. Please follow the instructions from the staffs to deal with the garbage and recyclables properly. - 大會推行「自己垃圾自己帶走」的理念,請勿亂拋垃圾,愛護環境。
The organizer is carrying out the concept of “Bring Back Your Garbage”, please do not littering, let’s protect our planet. - 大會不提供一次性防水袋,參加者可自備具防水功能的收納用品。
The organizer would not provide one-off waterproof bag, participants should bring your own waterproof bag for storage. - 大會會於補充站設置斟水站供參加者使用,敬請自備水樽或水杯 (大會不會提供即棄杯或樽裝飲料)。
Participants could refill water at refreshment station, please bring your own water bottle or cup. (The organizer would not provide any one-off cup or bottle of water.) - 建議參加者自備毛巾,減少使用紙巾。
The organizer is highly recommended that participants should bring their own towel, please reduce the usage of tissue. - 支持綠色活動,時刻緊記3R原則: 減少(Reduce)、重用(Reuse)、循環再造(Recycle)。
Support the Green Activity, always remember the 3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

過萬名Pocari Sweat Run Carnival 2019的參加者、贊助商以及工作人員的安全,一直是我們首要及最重要的考量。因應近日社會不同的狀況以及交通運輸上的突發變動,我們經慎重考慮後,作出取消活動這個艱難的決定。
In sight of recent social and traffic instability, we are sorry to announce that the "Pocari Sweat Run Carnival 2019" will be cancelled. Safety of all stakeholders has always been our utmost concern and we hope you understand such difficult decision.

Participant who successfully enrolled in Pocari Sweat Run Carnival 2019 could enroll in the training workshop hosted by Mr. Wan Cheuk Hei or Mr. Shuen Chun Kit, the Coach of the Froza Running Club, at HK$30 (first come, first served) and try the Polar Heart Rate Monitors for free (place are limited, first come first served).

如訓練班舉行當天上課前4小時,天文台仍維持3號或以上熱帶氣旋警告、紅色或黑色暴雨警告,訓練班取消並不設補堂及退款。
Notes for Extreme Weather:
If Strong Wind Signal No.3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted 4 hours before the training workshop, the workshop shall be cancelled. Make-up workshop and refund are not applicable.

No time slot can be changed after enrolment. 4公里障礙賽起步安排 參加者必須提早於所選時段15分鐘前往起點召集處。(例子:如你所選擇的起步時間為12:00-12:29;你必須於11:45-12:15 這個時區到達起點召集處) ; 如你提早到達起點召集處,你並不會被優先安排起步。大會會根據你的起跑時間作出安排,你必須於所選擇的時間起步。如參加者錯過起步時間,參加者須重新到較後的時區排隊,輪候時間相對較長 (需輪候約60分鐘)。 Starting Time Arrangement of 4KM Fun Obstacle Run Participants of 4KM Fun Obstacle Run must arrive to Start Assembly point 15 minutes before the selected time slot. 報名 Registration
- 參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交,即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切活動的規則、條款和安排。
Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up. - 參加資格一經接納,報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵,請立即與大會聯絡。
Once the entry is accepted, entry fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organiser has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organiser immediately. - 重複的報名,將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還,並不能轉移到其他申請人或其他賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned. - 不接受現場及逾期報名。
Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.

A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email pocarirun@sportsoho.com or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance. - 有關賽事選手包的領取通知將於活動前二星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two week before the event day. - 參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取活動物資。
Participants show either the hard copy or electronic copy of the notification email to our staff to collect the event materials.
健康與安全提示Health and safety advice
- 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問,請先諮詢醫生的意見。
Participants should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance. - 參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質,並知道此活動需要消耗體力,同時確定健康情況適宜參與是次活動。主辦機構建議所有參賽者於活動時自行留意個人的身體狀況是否良好及是否適合參與活動。於活動期間如有不適,請立即停止活動及向現場工作人員求助。
Participants should understand the event content and nature and participating in this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials. - 參加者請自行進行防曬措施,例如自備防曬用品、配戴帽子及多喝水。
Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing caps and drinking water. - 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士,皆不應參加是次活動。
People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart disease and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. - 主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下,將保留權利取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者的資格。
The Organizer reserve the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept. - 主辦機構已就是次活動購置公眾責任保險,然而亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。
Public liability insurance is covered by the organiser by the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary.
惡劣天氣 Severe Weather
- 如於活動前一天中午二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,當日活動將會取消。
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 2:00pm on the day before event, the event will be cancelled. - 於活動當日早上四時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨,當日活動將會取消。
If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 4:00 am on the event day, the event will be cancelled. - 如活動前懸掛上述任何警告而取消活動,報名費將不獲退還。
If the race is cancelled due to the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings were hoisted, Entry Fee will not be refund. - 如活動進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告,活動總監有權將活動路線改變或取消正在進行中的活動。報名費將不獲退還。
If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Event Director has the right to change the event distance or event arrangement or to stop the event. Entry Fee will not be refund. - 大會建議參加者於活動早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話:1878200)

- 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品,如有損毀或遺失,大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排,已被假定接受此條款。
Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us. - 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助,請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre. - 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
All prizes are not redeemable for cash. - 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
