比賽形式

參賽者需穿上2吋踭的粉紅高踭鞋在赤柱大街上競跑。比賽分為五個組別，各以最快完成賽事者勝出為「冠軍」，大會亦歡迎參賽者以粉紅色飾物裝扮出席，以表關注遺傳性乳癌。而每個組別均另設有「最奇趣服裝獎」及「最高籌款獎」。

報名及付款方法

1) 網上： 請登入 http://www.pinkheels.sportsoho.com 填寫參賽者資料報名及付款

2) 直接銀行存款： 請直接存入「香港遺傳性乳癌家族資料庫有限公司」永隆銀行戶口

最後報名日期

參賽者必須於2013年11月11日或之前，提交報名費及全數贊助款項，連同報名及贊助表格，予活動代理「運動版圖」，否則參賽者將會被取消比賽資格，已寄出的報名費亦不獲退還。

• 參賽者凡於2013年10月3日或之前成功報名，可獲贈度身訂造的粉紅色高踭鞋一對，數量有限，先到先得。
• 大會確認參賽者的報名後，將會以電郵方式發出確認信給參賽者。參賽者即可攜同確認信到大會指定門市度身訂造粉紅色高踭鞋一對。

注意事項

1. 參加者將會在報名後7個工作天內收到大會的確認電郵，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至pinkheels@sportsoho.com或致電 (852) 2117 1011查詢。
2. 號碼布、計時晶片、參賽用品及禮品包將於比賽當日派發給參賽者。
3. 不接受現場或逾期報名。
4. 若比賽當天懸掛八號(或以上)颱風、黑色暴雨訊號、其他自然災害或其他嚴重事故而影響賽事進行，比賽將會取消，已遞交之報名費及贊助費亦不可退回。
5. 報名費及贊助費在任何情況下均不得退回。
6. 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
7. 團隊組別中，以報名表格參加者(1)為主要聯絡人。
8. 除報名費外，每項捐款港幣HK$100或以上，可獲發收據作扣稅用途 (稅務局檔案號碼：91/9216)。如有任何查詢，請聯絡稅務局。

The 3rd Race with Pink Heels

Race Format

Participants are required to wear a pair of 2 inches pink heels to race on Stanley Main Street. The Race is divided by five categories and “The Winner” will be the runner records the shortest time from each category. We also have awards for “The Best Costume” and “Top Fundraiser” participants in each category. Participants are also welcome to put on pink accessories to express their awareness of hereditary breast cancer.

Method of Registration Payment

1) Online registration: please go to http://www.pinkheels.sportsoho.com  fill up the registration form and make payment.

2) Direct Transfer: Please deposit to "Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry Limited". Wing Lung Bank account Number at: 020-611-000-3707-2. (HKD)
Please send us the completed registration form together with the original bank-in slip by mail to Flat B, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong and mark down “The 3rd Race with Pink Heels”on the envelope. Otherwise, the registration would not be recognized.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE :

Participants are required to submit the registration fee and all sponsorship donations on or before 11th November, 2013, together with the completed forms to Sportsoho, the authorized event agency. Otherwise, the participation will be disqualified. All registration fees are non- refundable.

• On or before 3rd September, 2013, any participants who have successfully registered can get a free pair of tailor made 2-inch pink high heels on first come first served basis while stock lasts.
• A confirmation letter will be sent to registered participant via email. Participant may bring the confirmation letter to designated outlets to enjoy free fitting and tailor making your own pink heels

Important Notes

1. Confirmation letters will be sent to participants by e-mail within seven working days after the registration. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact (852) 2117 1011 or send message to pinkheels@sportsoho.com for enquiries.
2. Race packs with bib number, time chip, and souvenir will be distributed at the event venue.
3. Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
4. The event will be cancelled due to typhoon signal No.8 (or above), or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted or the race is affected by any other natural disasters or serious accidents. No refund of registration and sponsorships will be available.
5. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance claims.
6. Registration fees and sponsorship are not refundable under any circumstances.
7. For team application, participant 1 will be the key contact person to represent the team.
8. Official tax-deductible receipt will be issued for any donation (except registration fee) of HK$100 or above. (IR File No.91/9216) Please contact Inland Revenue Department for enquiries.
9. Photocopies of original registration form and sponsorship form are acceptable. Those materials are also available from the website www.pinkheels.sportsoho.com
10. The contact information you provided will be used by the Organizer Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry and its authorized agent Sportsoho for the event purpose only. All personal data will be kept confidential and handled in compliance with the provision of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in HKSAR.

14. 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
15. 大會不設任何上訴。
16. 若活動當天懸掛三號或以上颱風、紅色或黑色暴雨訊號，活動將自動取消。安利（香港）直銷商／優惠顧客以外之參加者，請保留收據等候大會之進一步通知（請於活動當日清晨4:30開始留意天氣廣播）。
17. 請注意閣下身體狀況是否適合參加比賽 (如：長期疾病、懷孕，詳情請向您的醫生查詢)。如比賽當日感到不適，請勿强行參加比賽。
18. 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關賽事的臨時改動或消息，將以大會網站公佈為準。

Important Notes

1. Quotas are limited. First-come, first-served.
2. Participants are eligible to join either “Elite Group” or “Open Group”.
3. For successful online registration, participants of “Open Group” may collect the Health Run T-shirt at designated Merchandising Centres from October 10, 2013 or 7 days after receiving of confirmation email (whichever is later).
4. From October 10, 2013 onward, participant will get the Health Run T-shirt at Amway Merchandising Centers for application in person at the centres.
5. Participants aged under 18 are eligible to join only upon consent of parents/guardians.
6. For online application, participants will receive a confirmation email once after successful registration. For enquiries, please email to healthrun2013@sportsoho.com or contact Ms. Chris Kwan at 2117 1011.
7. On-site and/or late applications will not be accepted.
8. Applications with incomplete information cannot be accepted. The application fee cannot be refunded.
9. Refunds, returns of application form, a change in participant or cancellation of enrollment will be not accepted if the application form is mailed out or repeat applications are received.
10. All participants are required to wear the Health Run T-shirt on the day of the race.
11. Elite - 4km Race will use chip timing system, runners must wear the bib cloth with the timing chip. Participants can keep the timing chip after the race as a souvenir.
12. A left-baggage service, water supply station, mileage signs and first aid service will be provided.
13. Participants are advised to put their personal belongings together in a bag. The organizer will not be liable for any damaged or lost personal items.
14. Participants should be responsible for their own personal accident insurance.
15. The competition result announced by the organizer will be final.
16. The Health Run will be cancelled in the event that a typhoon No.3 or above signal is raised, or a red or black rainstorm warning hoisted, on the day. Participants are suggested to check the weather report from 04:30am onwards on the day of the race. The organizer will notify participants (excluding Amway Distributors or Privileged Customers) for follow up through email. Participants should keep the receipts for record purposes.
17. Please ensure your health conditions are fit for the competition (Those who suffer from chronic illness or undergo pregnancy shall gain consultation from your doctor). Do not participate in the competition or Health run if feeling unwell.
18. The organizer reserves the right to vary or modify any of these remarks. In the event of any dispute, the organizer's decision will be final.
