粉紅高踭鞋慈善競跑比賽

比賽簡介

參加者需穿上2吋高踭鞋在赤柱大街的一百米跑道上，與其他參加者一同角逐冠軍殊榮。大會鼓勵各參加者穿上粉紅色高踭鞋或配以粉紅裝飾物的高踭鞋參賽。

贊助金額

參賽者必須於2012年10月12日或之前，提交報名費及報名表，否則將會被取消參加資格。此外，參賽者亦須於2012年10月19日或之前，提交全數籌款額及所有贊助人資料，否則參賽者將會被取消資格，而已寄出的報名費將不獲退還，贊助人亦將不獲發捐款收據。

注意事項

1. 參加者將會在報名後7個工作天內收到大會的確認電郵，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至pinkheels@sportsoho.com 或致電2117 1011查詢。
2. 號碼布、計時晶片及紀念品將於比賽當日派發給參賽者。
3. 不接受現場或逾期報名。
4. 若比賽當天懸掛八號(或以上)颱風、黑色暴雨訊號或自然災害等非人力可控制之情況影響，比賽將會取消，已遞交之報名費不可退回。
5. 報名費在任何情況下均不得退回。
6. 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
7. 團隊組別中，以報名表格參加者1為聯絡代表。
8. 除報名費外，所得之善款均屬慈善捐款。捐款港幣$100或以上可獲香港遺傳性乳癌家族資料庫發出捐款收據，供申請扣除香港稅項之用。所有正式收據將於活動後三個月內發出。

RACE WITH PINK HEELS

Introduction

Participants will wear a pair of 2 inches high heels and compete for championship at HK-Stanley Market Main Street (100-metre long course) on the event day. Depends on the selected categories, runners are encouraged to wear high heels decorated with pink accessories or simply go pink heels.

Dog & Buddy Race			Participants are encouraged to collect pledge donations

Fastest Team	: Participant need to complete the race in minimum time.
Event Top Fundraiser*	: *Participant will have a chance to win the Highest Fundraising Award and attractive prizes if they can raise a specified amount of donation.
Best Creative Costume	: Participants who wear creative costume during the race will have a chance to win the award.

*Official tax-deductible receipt will be issued for all donations of HK$100 or more. (IR File No.91/9216)

Registration and Payment Method

1) Online registration: please go to http://pinkheels.sportsoho.com to fill up the registration form

2) By post: Please fax the completed registration form to 2117 0023 to reserve your space. Within 3 days, please send the completed registration form and a crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry Limited” to Flat B, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Sponsorships:

Participants are required to submit the registration fee and registration form on or before 12th October, 2012, otherwise they will be disqualified. In addition, participants are also required to submit all sponsorship donations and all patron information on or before 19th October, 2012, otherwise participants will be disqualified and the registration fee will not be refunded. Donation receipts will not be issued to patrons.

• Participants who successfully registered for the race on or before 30th September, 2012 can redeem a free pair of 2 inches pink high heels offered by our Official High Heels Sponsor DYOS. First Come First Served.
• High heel shoes redemption coupon will be sent to participants via email once their registration is confirmed.
• For company which has more than 10 staffs joining the race, DYOS will provide free door to door shoes fitting service.
• Free shoes fitting service is valid until 7th October, 2012.

Important Notes

1. Application confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail in 7 working days after the application. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us at 2117 1011 or email topinkheels@sportsoho.com.
2. Participants will be informed to pick up the race pack with bib number, time chip and souvenir on the event day.
3. Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
4. When typhoon signal No.8 (or above), the black rainstorm warning is hoisted or the race is affected by weather or natural reason, the event will be cancelled. Registration fee, however is not refundable.
5. Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
6. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
7. For team application, participant 1 will be the liaison representative in team race.
8. All sponsorships will be considered as charitable donations (except registration fee). Donations of HK$100 or more are tax-deductible. Official donation receipts will be issued within 3 months after the event.
