Sportsoho is the designated registration platform of United Airlines Guam Marathon 2017 (promotion quota) in Hong Kong. From 29th November, 2016 10:00am, first 40 runners who have successfully registered to United Airlines Guam Marathon 2017 can be free to join any race of Marathon / half Marathon / 10K, / 5K in first come first serve basis. All personal data will be transferred to and handle by Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) HK Representative Office, further details can be reached on official website.

路線圖 Route Map:
比賽規則:賽道將於馬拉松組別開跑後7小時關閉,馬拉松跑手必須於開跑後4小時內從位於蘇美區(Sumay)的T. Stell Newman Visitor Center 折返。因道路管制及配合活動安排,大會將在沿途訂立檢查點並設有指定截止時間。若跑手未能於指定時間內通過有關檢查站,將會被取消比賽資格。另外,大會工作人員將有權要求尾隨落後截止時間的跑手離開賽道。
Competition Rules:The course cut-off time will be 7 hours from the start of the Marathon. Runners must reach the turnaround for the marathon at the T. Stell Newman Visitor Center in Sumay within 4 hours from the gun start. The cut-off time will be enforced at each checkpoint due to limited duration of traffic control, security operation and event operation. The runners who fail to pass through the checkpoint before the cut-off time, will be disqualified from the race. Furthermore, trailing runners who lag excessively behind the cut-off time pace may be asked to leave the course at any time.

跑手請於2017年4月7日 (星期五)上午11時至下午6時或2017年4月8日 (星期六)上午9時至下午6時到達Pacific Islands Club 酒店的 Pacific Pavilion 領取號碼布及計時晶片。大會將不接受即場登記或報到。
Race bibs and timing chips will be available for pick up at the 2017 UAGM Expo: Pacific Islands Club - Pacific Pavilion on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday, April 8, 2017 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. There will be NO race day registration or check in.

所有跑手皆可於完賽後獲得紀念獎牌乙枚。賽前領取的選手包內亦附上大會T恤一件。跑手可於成績公佈後到www.guammarathon.com/results查看成績,並於www.jtltiming.com下載電子完成證書。另可到大會官方網頁下載活動當天的相關照片。
Every runner will receive a finisher’s medal. Event t-shirt will be distributed at the race packet pick up prior to the race. Race result will be launched at www.guammarathon.com/results and race result certificates can be downloaded from www.jtltiming.com once race results have been uploaded to the website. 天氣狀況Weather Conditions:
跑手應做足準備以抵抗關島炎熱及潮濕的氣候 (當地溫度高達華氏80度以上及濕度80 – 90%),賽前進行充足補水及注意飲食是非常重要。長距離賽程加上悶熱潮濕天氣能為訓練及準備不足的跑手帶來威脅,如跑手是第一次於這種環境下參與長距離跑賽,大會建議他們需要於每一個救援站補充水份。
Precautions should be taken against heat and humidity. Proper hydration and nutrition prior to the race is extremely important as the temperatures in Guam will likely be in the high 80s with humidity in the 80 to high 90 percent range. A long distance event with these conditions can be dangerous for those who are insufficiently trained and prepared. If this is your first time participating in a running event of this length in a warm and humid climate, take fluids at each of the Aid Stations.
賽事須知Race Rules/Course Instructions︰
- 跑手不能參與多於一個比賽組別。
Runners will NOT be able to participate in more than one (1) event. - 跑手必須扣上與報名表格上資料一致之號碼布。起步時間將根據號碼布上的號碼而定。所有跑手不能轉讓號碼布及計時晶片予他人。一經證實,有關跑手的參賽資格將被取消。跑手必須把號碼布扣於胸口前容易看見的位置。比賽當日將不會派發任何號碼布及計時晶片。
The race number that you have MUST match the name on your race registration form. The timing of the race is based on the race number. Race bibs must be worn on the front of each runner and clearly visible at all times. Runners without an official number may not cross the finish line. Race bibs are not transferable and those not adhering to this rule are subject to disqualification. Race bibs cannot be picked up on race day. NO EXCEPTIONS. - 禁止任何寵物,或任何單車及滾軸溜冰鞋等進入賽道範圍。
In-line skates, pets and bicycles are PROHIBITED on the course. - 賽道中間將放置橙色標示筒作分隔,去程跑手請保持於標示筒分隔線內進行比賽以維持安全並以示回程跑手清晰的路線。
The race course is marked with bright orange traffic cones. Stay within the coned lanes to ensure your safety as well as to provide runners coming from the opposite direction with a clear path. - 大會工作人員將於賽道沿途之當眼位置維持秩序並預備隨時向跑手提供協助。救援站亦將提供充足飲用水予跑手作補給。另關島消防及警察部門的醫護人員將監察賽道並在有需要時為跑手提供醫療協助。
Course marshals will be stationed throughout all the race courses. They will be highly visible and able to offer immediate assistance. Water will be available at Aid Stations throughout the course. Emergency Medical Technicians from the Guam Fire Department and Guam Police Department will monitor the race courses to provide assistance when needed. - 跑手必須遵從工作人員的指示離開終點位置,並不許掉頭行走。請顧及其他跑手之安全並為他人預留足夠空間,並可往終點位置後領取完賽獎牌。
Upon crossing the finish line please proceed as directed. Once you have passed through the finish area, do not return. Be courteous and make room for other finishers. When you exit the finisher’s chute you will be awarded a Finisher’s Medal. - 比賽成績將於沙灘派對中的成績攤位公佈。
