Hiking Man越野跑2016

賽事簡介：
是次越野跑比賽的最低籌款額為每隊HK$1200，四人一隊，賽事分Stage 1及Stage 2兩個賽段。
Stage 1為4人隊際越野跑比賽。路線由香港仔郊野公園傷健樂園出發，經下水塘及上水塘大壩，接入港島徑3段，然後經貝璐道，沿引水道返回香港仔郊野公園傷健樂園衝線。參賽隊伍於指定時間內到達及完成所有check point項目及跑畢全程約十公里，最短時間內完成之隊伍為勝，未能完成check point項目將遭懲罰性加時。Stage 2為歷奇挑戰，指定隊員須於限時內完成歷奇項目，若挑戰失敗，其隊伍之Stage 1成績將遭懲罰性加時。

歷奇項目包括飛索、緣繩上攀及緣繩下降。
比賽分中學組及公開組，各組別均設冠、亞、季軍，得獎隊伍每名組員可獲一面獎牌，而所有參賽者均獲發參賽證書，頒獎禮於同日下午進行。

是次比賽10公里賽事設YMCA 組別及沙田浸信會組別，參加者需為YMCA 會友或沙田浸信會會友。如參加者同屬YMCA 會友及沙田浸信會會友，則只能二選其一，不能同時申報。請於報名時上提供閣下YMCA 會友編號或沙田浸信會會友編號，以作報名。

Remarks:
YMCA or STBC members who have successful enrolled in 10KM category are also welcome to join the YMCA or STBC group with no extra fee. You can only choose either YMCA/STBC group if you are both YMCA and STBC member. Please provide your YMCA/STBC member number to enroll in the YMCA/STBC Group.

• 成功報名以完成付款為準。
  A completed enrollment is counted as payment successful.
• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the race.
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
    Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有如期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
• 參賽者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2007年9月出生，年齡為9 歲，所屬組別為2007年)
  Applicant should only register for their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. For example, if you were born in Sept 2007, your age would be 9, and your age group category should be 2007).
• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
  Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
• 號碼布、計時晶片將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者需攜同電郵列印本或以電子形式展示電郵領取。
  Race pack pick-up notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day. Participants should show the email copy(hard or soft copy) to pick up the race pack with bib number and timing chip.

 

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

• 如比賽當日凌晨4時或以後時間仍然懸掛三號或以上颱風、黃色、紅色或黑色暴雨訊號,比賽將會取消。
  The event will be cancelled if an amber, red or black rainstorm signal, or a tropical cyclone signal No.3 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 4am or after on the event day.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
  Should the above inclement weather/condition warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to abort the race. If the race is being aborted, entry fee will not be refunded.
• 若是次比賽因不能預計的外在因素而無法如期舉行,報名費將不獲發還。
  If under unexpected external condition when the race cannot be organized, entry fee will not be refunded.
• 請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話: 1878200)
  Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200)

 

其他事宜 Others

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.

交通提示！科學園停車場已滿。大會建議大家乘搭公共交通工具前往會場。

目的
動樂嘉年華 — 全港首個大型親子障礙跑賽及嘉年華，將於2月27及28日假沙田科學園盛大舉行。比賽設有全港獨有的120米長障礙關卡，適合三歲以上小朋友參加，親子們需同心協力跨過重重障礙，絕對是最刺激好玩的親子活動！賽後更必參與同場的嘉年華，場內將有數十個兒童用品展銷攤位，家長們可盡情羅致最新兒童相關產品；小朋友更可挑戰多個攤位遊戲及神秘遊戲贏取豐富禮品。立即放下各種生活壓力，好好與小朋友前來享受FAMtastic moment！

Aims
FAMtastic Run, Hong Kong’s first large-scale family obstacle race and carnival, will be held at the Science Park on the coming 27th & 28th February. Children’ aged of 3 or above are welcomed to join. FAMtastic Run will definitely be one of the best family activities ever! Parents and kids will have to complete while there will be having a a 120 meters long obstacle course togetherthat family needs to finish together. The best family activity ever! After the race, parents maycan shop over dozens parenting product booths while children maycan enjoy different games andto win the prizes. *大會將事先編排各參加者之出發時間，並於活動前一星期內以電郵通知。於指定時間出席之參加者將獲優先出發權，如未能於指定時間出席，參加者可選擇於其他時段輪候參賽。大會建議參加者根據指定時間出席，以減低輪候時間。

Race Timetable

*Race time will be assigned by the Organizer and participants will be notified via email within one week before race. Top priority will be given to participants who attend the race at the assigned timeslot. If participants are unable to attend at the assigned time, they are welcomed to join during other timeslot. Yet, priority will be given to participants who are assigned to that timeslot. Participants are strongly advised to attend at the assigned time to avoid queues.

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

• 如於比賽前一天中午二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 2:00pm on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
• 如於比賽當日早上十時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消。
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 10:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。已進行的賽事不設補賽；報名費亦將不獲退還。
  If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. There is no refund of entry fee for this case.

獎項：
10公里及3公里賽事男女子共16個組別分別設冠、亞、季軍獎項，另設全場最快男、女子獎項各一，及最踴躍參與團體獎冠、亞、季軍
（備註：如個別組別參加人數不足10人，大會有權取消該組別之獎項。）
當日更設有一項『與您同行』活動，免費讓社工及服務使用者參與，在白石角海濱走廊步行一公里。
