Race Rules

• Each Limitless Challenge participant has to follow the rules in order to complete the challenge.
• This is a chip-timed event. All athletes that lose their timing chip during the race are not guaranteed an official finishing time. They are not eligible for prizes/awards
• Athletes who send to ‘time penalty zone’ are still allow to continue racing and considered finishers 
• There is a “time penalty zone” in each obstacles, the judge has the right to send participants, who failed to complete the challenge or broke the rules, into the “time penalty zone”. Penalized participants should stay in the zone during the penalty time before resume to the challenge. Offenders will be disqualified.
• The first 30th Limitless Challenge participants will be qualified to the final (regardless of the groups), and to compete for the Grand Champion! (Every female participants would have a “minus 2 minutes” benefit in counting both heat and final results)
• The finalists of Limitless Challenge must wear a TISSOT T-Touch Expert Solar distributed by the officials for 3 obstacles (For more details, please visit event website; The finalists are required to attend a race briefing before the race start.)

Fun Challenge

• Aged 12 or above
• The aim of this challenge is to enjoy obstacle run and have fun.
• Certificate of Participation: HK$30/each (Without finishing time)
• Finisher medals of Participation will be presented to every participant who completed the challenge.
• Should participants feel unwell during the race, please approach race officials for assistance immediately.

General Rules (For all Category)

• All athletes must stay on-course and within the boundaries and markings set by officials. Obstacles are numbered A1,A2,B1,B2,B3,B4,C1,C2,C3,C4 etc.
• All athletes are required to maintain forward progress on all obstacles and throughout the course (e.g. sitting atop obstacles is not permitted)
• Athletes found to be excessively infringing (blocking) on another athlete’s ability to progress may be subjected to penalty (Send to ‘time penalty zone’) or disqualification by officials
• All athletes must exit the course with all items they brought in. Please keep the course clean. We take this seriously. Offenders may result in disqualification from competition.
• Cheating in any way will penalty (Send to ‘time penalty zone’) or disqualification from the race. Shown below is considered cheating:

1. Not following the forward progress on all obstacles and cutting the course
2. Sitting atop obstacles
3. Leaving your belonging  (your gear or clothing) on the course
4. Skirting (running alongside or around) any obstacles

• All athletes must be wear their race number on their front or back of the shirt. Otherwise, organizer has the right to disqualify participants.
• Glasses (with glasses rope) are allowed but discouraged for safety reasons
• Beyond shoes and gloves or protective gear (i.e. elbow pads or knee pads), clothing/personal equipment may not be used in to assist the completion of an obstacle.
• Alcohol, weapons, and other dangerous objects are not allowed on the course.
• All athletes must stay well hydrated. Please use the water station before enter the course.
• Should participants feel unwell during the race, please approach race officials for assistance immediately.
• The Race Director reserves the right to introduce additional time cut-offs and modify current obstacles as needed

Entry Procedures

1.Online Registration:

Fill and submit the online enrollment form and pay your enrollment fee by credit card (Visa/MasterCard)

2. Mail:

Mail your completed, signed and dated enrollment form with bank in slip or a local crossed cheque made out to ‘Sportsoho Media Ltd’ to ‘Flat B, 1/F., Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong’, specify “Tissot Limitless Challenge 2015” on the envelope.

3. Fax or email:

Pay the enrollment fee into ‘Sportsoho Media Limited’ account 012-676-0-010493-8 (Bank of China) and either fax or email (scan copy) the deposit slip with completed enrollment form to 2117 0023 or tissotlimitless@sportsoho.com

Remarks:

1. Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Participants must follow and agree with the terms and conditions.
3. Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision.
4. The event will be temporarily halted or cancelled if emergency situations occur due to natural and man-made disasters (flood, wildfire, landslide, collapse of tree, earthquake, damage of road, fights, etc.) during the event. All participants should immediately go to a safe place to stay temporarily.
5. The event will be temporarily halted, delayed or cancelled if accident occurs. The organizer will first ensure personal safety and provide support and rescue immediately.
6. First aid station is located at the Start with first-aid personnel. And first aid boxes are located in every checkpoints for emergency uses.
7. Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre.
8. People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. The Organizer reserves the right of disqualify participants who are physically not eligible for the event.
9. The Organizer reserves the right of all photos for future uses and references.
10. All prizes are not redeemable for cash
11. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be re-schedulded.
12. If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be re-schedulded.
13. Should the Red Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, the races will be re-schedulded.
14. Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refund.
15. The event would be re-scheduled on 14 June 2015
