宗 旨：以推動沙灘手球活動為宗旨。
參加組別：分男、女子下列各組﹕
1.兒童組：於1997年1月1日或以後出生者。(13歲或以下小學生)
2.少年組：於1995年1月1日或以後出生者。(15歲或以下)
l.青年組：於1992年1月1日或以後出生者。(18歲或以下)
4.公開組：年齡不限。
比賽日期：2010年7月12日至8月31日期間舉行 ，如因天氣關係，比賽需要順延，則會安排於8月31日後之日子舉行 。
比賽地點：麗都灣泳灘。
隊數限額：各組以8隊為限。凡參加本會主辦的沙灘手球教練及裁判班的學員，其擔任負責人之隊伍（以一隊為限）可獲優先取錄。
費 用：每隊報名費港幣$500 。
報名日期：由即日起至7月8日（星期四）截止；凡郵寄報名者則以郵戳日期為準。

Open water swim registration at 1:00pm Big Wave Bay, Shek-O
Beach sprints, volleyball, music and food will all be at the Back Beach where the finish line is. Finishers from the swim are expected about 2:30pm
Charity: 50% of the registration fees will be donated to WWF for their Ocean Conservation Program
