*親子繽紛體驗組: 由於活動不需要計時, 開賽時間只作優先次序用途, 參加者可以自行組隊選擇適當時間參加, 大會現場將盡量安排。

*男子及女子組將分開時間出發。各組別如有決賽，將於初賽完成後三十分鐘內舉行。頒獎將於成績公佈後三十分鐘內舉行。

比賽時間表 Race Timetable

比賽形式

參賽者需穿上2吋踭及帶有粉紅色裝飾的高踭鞋在赤柱大街上競跑。比賽分為五個組別，每個組別均設有「冠軍」,「最奇趣服裝獎」及「最高籌款獎」。大會亦歡迎參賽者以粉紅色飾物裝扮出席，以表關注遺傳性乳癌。

• 成功報名參賽者，均有機會獲贈粉紅高踭鞋乙對，報名從速，數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。
• 報名費經成功核實後，大會將以電郵方式發出確認信給成功報名參賽者。

注意事項

1. 參加者將會在報名後7個工作天內收到大會的確認電郵，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至pinkheels@sportsoho.com或致電 (852) 2117 1650查詢。
2. 號碼布、計時晶片、參賽用品及禮品包將於比賽當日派發給參賽者。
3. 不接受現場或逾期報名。
4. 若比賽當天懸掛八號(或以上)颱風、黑色暴雨訊號、其他自然災害或其他嚴重事故而影響賽事進行，比賽將會取消，已遞交之報名費及贊助費亦不可退回。
5. 報名費及贊助費在任何情況下均不得退回。
6. 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
7. 團隊組別中，以報名表格參加者(1)為主要聯絡人。
8. 除報名費外，每項捐款港幣HK$100或以上，可獲發收據作扣稅用途 (稅務局檔案號碼：91/9216)。如有任何查詢，請聯絡稅務局。

The 4th Race with Pink Heels

Race Format

Participants are required to wear a pair of 2-inch heels with pink ornaments to race on Stanley Main Street. The Race is divided into five categories. We have awards for “The Winner”, “The Best Costume” and “Top Fundraiser” participants in each category. All participants are also welcome to put on pink accessories to express their awareness of hereditary breast cancer.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE :

Participants are required to submit the registration fee and all sponsorship donations on or before 25th November, 2014, together with the completed forms to Sportsoho Media Limited, the authorized event agency. Otherwise, the participation will be disqualified. All registration fees are non- refundable.

Get Your Own Pink Heels!

• Participant who has successfully registered can get a pair of complimentary pink heels available while stock lasts on first come first served basis.
• Confirmation email will be sent to registered participants upon completion of payment of registration fee.

Important Notes

1. Confirmation letters will be sent to participants by e-mail within seven working days after the registration. If you do not receive the e-mail confirmation, please contact (852) 2117 1650 or send message to pinkheels@sportsoho.com for enquiries.
2. Race packs with bib number, time chip, and souvenir will be distributed at the event venue.
3. Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
4. The event will be cancelled due to typhoon signal No.8 (or above), or the black rainstorm warning is hosted or the race is affected by any other natural disasters or serious accidents. No refund of registration fees and sponsorships will be available.
5. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage.
6. Registration fees and sponsorships are not refundable under any circumstances.
7. For team application, participant 1 will be the key contact person to represent the team.
8. Official tax-deductible receipt will be issued for any donation (except registration fee) of HK$100 or above. (IR File No.91/9216) Please contact Inland Revenue Department for enquiries.
9. Photocopies of original registration form and sponsorship form are acceptable. Those materials are also available from the website www.pinkheels.sportsoho.com
