報名事宜 Enrollment

• 成功報名以完成付款為準。
  A completed enrollment is counted as payment successful.

 

• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the race.

 

• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.

 

• 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.

 

• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.

 

• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.

 

• 參賽者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2007年9月出生，年齡為9 歲，所屬組別為2007年)
  Applicant should only register for their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. For example, if you were born in Sept 2007, your age would be 9, and your age group category should be 2007).

 

• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
  Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.

 

• 號碼布、計時晶片將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者需攜同電郵列印本或以電子形式展示電郵領取。
  Race pack pick-up notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day. Participants should show the email copy (hard or soft copy) to pick up the race pack with bib number and timing chip.

 

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

• *如賽事因天氣等因素影響需取消或廷期, 將於賽前2日(26/2)於網頁公佈。
  If the race is affected by weather which needs to be cancel or postpone, will be announced on website 2 days before the race day (26/2).

 

• 如比賽當日凌晨4時或以後時間仍然懸掛三號或以上颱風、黃色、紅色或黑色暴雨訊號,比賽將會取消。
  The event will be cancelled if an amber, red or black rainstorm signal, or a tropical cyclone signal No.3 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 4am or after on the event day.

 

• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
  Should the above inclement weather/condition warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to abort the race. If the race is being aborted, entry fee will not be refunded.

 

• 若是次比賽因不能預計的外在因素而無法如期舉行,報名費將不獲發還。
    If under unexpected external condition when the race cannot be organised, entry fee will not be refunded.

 

• 請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話: 1878200)
  Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200)

 

其他事宜 Others

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.

 

• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.

 

• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.

 

• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.

 

比賽規則 RULES AND REGULATIONS

• 指定裝備：水袋或容器的容量最少為1.5公升或以上。
  Required equipment: water bottle or vessel with at least 1.5 liter volume.

 

• 活動進行時，某些路徑會相當擁擠。請各參加者互相包容，讓路予步速較快的人士。
  Some of the route might be crowd during the race. Please be patient and make way for faster runners.

 

• 時刻留意自己的身體狀態，須量力而為。
  To weigh your abilities and act accordingly.

 

• 建議裝備 suggested outfit
  • 輕便長褲 light trousers
  • 輕便長衫 light long-sleeve shirt
  • 雨褸 Rain coat
  • 登山杖 cane
  • 急救用品 first-aid kit
  • 適量現金 cash
  • 手提電話 mobile

 

• 參賽者必須自力走或跑畢全程。
  Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.

 

• 檢查站提供的飲料，只供參賽者享用。
  Drinks at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.

 

• 參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均清晰可見。
  Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front).

 

• 若參賽者退出比賽，均必須通知最近檢查站的負責人員及簽署退出表格(除非於比賽途中的醫療人員協助)。
  If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews).

 

• 若參賽者在比賽途中需要救護協助，應撥電號碼布上所載之電話號碼，與主辦機構聯絡，主辦機構人員即會盡力搜尋參賽者。
  If you need first aid help on the course you must use the phone numbers printed on your race bib to contact event organizers who will make every effort to retrieve you.

 

• 參賽者應緊隨標示賽道前進，嚴禁另走捷徑，參賽者若被發現違規，將被取消資格。
  Stay on the marked course. Short cuts are strictly prohibited.

 

• 參賽者必須於所有時間遵行檢查站負責人員及賽道糾察的方向指示。若參賽者於檢查站關閉時間前仍未到達，必須根據指示退出比賽。
  You must obey directions of checkpoint staff and course marshals at all times. If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.

 

• 參賽者不得在沿途亂扔垃圾。
  Littering is strictly prohibited.

 

• 參賽者不得破壞或騷擾任何植物或動物。
  Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited.

 

• 參賽者不得服食禁藥或違規藥物。
    Doping and the use of prohibited drugs are strictly prohibited.

 

• 參賽者須對其支援人員的行為負責。參賽者支援人員必須遵從主辦機構職員和負責人員的一切指示。支援人員如有違規或作出不當行為，參賽者可能會被處分或取消參賽資格。
  The participant is responsible for the actions of their support crew. Support crews must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials. The participant may be penalized or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their support crew.

 

• 支援人員必須遵守所有檢查站職員的指示，譬如按職員要求在檢查站區域騰出空間。主辦機構對支援人員的安全或行蹤概不負責。
  Support crews must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area. The event organizers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of support crew.

 

• 運動版圖有限公司已購置公眾責任保險，但並不包括個人意外保險。主辦機構建議參賽者自行投購個人意外保險。
    Sportsoho Media Limited has its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident of participants. We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.

 

• 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
    The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

 

處罰 PENALTIES

違反以下比賽規則有可能會被取消參賽資格，取決於其嚴重性。
Breaking the following rules of the event may incur disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

任何取消資格均由大會作最終決定。
Any disqualification are at the organizer’s discretion and are final. 

以下是一些違反類別
The following are some types of breaches to highlight:

• 走捷徑及／或不根據大會比賽路線作賽 Taking shortcuts and / or not following the official course
• 參賽者及／或其支援人員亂拋垃圾 Littering by participant and / or support crew
• 乘坐交通工具 Taking transport
• 他人代跑 Using substitute runners
• 阻礙及／或導致其他參賽者受傷 Deliberately obstructing and/or causing injury to other participants
• 服食禁藥 Doping and the use of prohibited drugs
• 更改或破壞比賽路線指示牌 Altering, damaging and/or otherwise tempering with course markings
• 破壞或騷擾任何植物或動物 Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna along the course
• 不展示號碼布 Not wearing a race bib
• 檢查站關閉後仍繼續比賽 Continuing after cut-off times
• 不遵守大會、糾察及應付緊急事故工作人員及／或義工的指示 Not following instructions given by race officials, marshals and emergency attendants and/or volunteers
• 辱罵大會、糾察、應付緊急事故工作人員及／或義工，以及其他行山人仕 Being abusive to race officials, marshals, emergency attendants, other trail users and/or volunteers
• 將號碼布給予其他人使用 Allowing somebody else to use his / her race bib
• 使用他人的號碼布 Using a race bib of somebody else

取消賽事 EVENT CANCELLATION

根據以下原因，大會有權保留取消或縮短賽事的權力
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:

• 不利的天氣情況 adverse weather conditions
• 山泥傾瀉、大量落山及比賽路線發生山火 landslides, rock falls or hill fires along the course
• 抗議示威或路線被封閉 protests or blockage along the course
• 不可抗力，即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能，不安全或不切實際的情況。 不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、騷亂、罷工、怠工、禁工或動亂、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅。 Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.

若此等情況發生，大會將不會退回登記費用。
In such event no refund of the registration fee (and any charitable donation) will be provided. 

本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨昤改動或取消，將以大會網站公怖為準 。
The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.

FAMtastic Run, Hong Kong’s first large-scale family obstacle race and carnival, will be held at the Science Park on the coming 27th & 28th February. Children’ aged of 3 or above are welcomed to join. FAMtastic Run will definitely be one of the best family activities ever! Parents and kids will have to complete while there will be having a a 120 meters long obstacle course togetherthat family needs to finish together. The best family activity ever! *大會將事先編排各參加者之出發時間，並於活動前一星期內以電郵通知。於指定時間出席之參加者將獲優先出發權，如未能於指定時間出席，參加者可選擇於其他時段輪候參賽。大會建議參加者根據指定時間出席，以減低輪候時間。

Race Timetable

*Race time will be assigned by the Organizer and participants will be notified via email within one week before race. Top priority will be given to participants who attend the race at the assigned timeslot. If participants are unable to attend at the assigned time, they are welcomed to join during other timeslot. Yet, priority will be given to participants who are assigned to that timeslot. Participants are strongly advised to attend at the assigned time to avoid queues.

報名事宜 Enrollment

• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the race that has been signed up.
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organiser has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organiser immediately.
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be t ransferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
• 參賽者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2007年9月出生，年齡為9 歲，所屬組別為2007年)
  Applicant should only register for their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, born in Sept 2007, your age is 9. Your age group category should be 2007).
• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
  Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
• 號碼布、計時晶片將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者需攜同電郵列印本或以電子形式展示電郵領取。
  Race pack pick-up notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day. Participants should show the email copy(hard or soft copy) to pick up the race pack with bib number and timing chip.

惡劣天氣 Bad Weather

• 如於比賽前一天中午二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 2:00pm on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
• 如於比賽當日早上十時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消。
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 10:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。已進行的賽事不設補賽；報名費亦將不獲退還。
  If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. There is no refund of entry fee for this case.
• 大會建議參賽者於比賽早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話：1878200）
  Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).

其他事宜 Others

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organiser is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
