• Mail your completed, signed and dated enrollment form with a local crossed cheque made payable to Sportsoho Media Ltd’ to FlatB, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon’ and specify ‘4th Mizuno Shing Mun River 10km’ on the envelop;
• Fax/email(scan copy) the transaction record (Sportsoho Media Ltd.’s Wing Lung Bank Account 604-001-1758-4) with completed, signed and dated enrollment form to 2117 0023 or mizuno@sportsoho.com (ATM transfer or internal transfer is preferable)

Important Notes

• Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 7 working days after an application is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to mizuno@sportsoho.com or contact Ms. Anne Wai at 2117 1650.
• Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should bring the email print it out to pick up the race pack with bib number, time chip and souvenir.
• Later or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
• If the typhoon signal No.8 or above, black rainstorm warning is hosted or the race was affected by weather or natural reason, the event will be cancelled.
• Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted. Entry fee will not be refunded once the enrollment is confirmed.
• No return, cancellation or refund or transfer for all enrollments received, including late and duplicate enrollment.
• Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• Baggage storage service and water stations will be provided.

• Postal registration: Fill in the entry form and submit together with a crossed cheque made payable to “Sportsoho Media Limited”and mail toFlat B, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon” and specify “Marathon2014 Kids Run”on the envelop.
• Fax/Email registration: Please transfer the fee to “Sportsoho Media Limited”(Wing Lung Bank account: 604-001-1758-4). Mark your name on the transaction record, fax the record and the completed entry form to 2117 0023; scan the two documents and email to marathon@sportsoho.com

Important Notes

• Once your entry is accepted, your entry fee will not be refunded.
  • Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• Runners should ensure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted on or after 12:00 noon of the day before the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• If the Red/Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted on or after from 4:00 am of the race day, the race will be cancelled.
• Should the above Inclement/Weather Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance, arrangement or to stop the race. If the race being stopped or cancelled, entry fee will not be refunded.
  • Please check weather of the race day from the Hong Kong Observatory. (Tel: 1878200)
• The organizer will provide baggage storage service. Participants are advised to bring their own plastic bag for storage.
• A race pack collection notice will be sent to all successfully registered participants by email 2 weeks before the event day.
• The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer's web page shall prevail.
