  *得獎者須於賽後1個月內領獎，否則獎品將銷毀。
  *Winners should get the prize within one month after the race. Otherwise, prize will be destroyed.

報名事宜 Enrollment

1. 所有已遞交的報名費均不得退回。
   All submitted enrollment fee is not refundable.
2. 完整報名以完成付款為準。
   A completed enrollment is counted as payment successful.
3. 網上報名注意事項：當你成功報名後，你會收到附有報名編號 （Registration ID）的確認電郵（Registration Confirmation），表示你的報名已被接納，在9月下旬你會接獲電郵通知到指定地點領回晶片及號碼布。
   Notes for online registration: After you have successfully registered for the race, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email with your Registration ID, this confirms that your entry has been accepted. In late September, you will receive notification email for the collection of your race pack at the Motor Transport Workers Union offices.
4. 參賽者必須仔細閱讀「比賽規則」。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事規則、條款和安排。
   Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Organizer assumes participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
5. 參加者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如一名男子於1998年11月出生，年齡為18 歲，所屬組別為男子18-28歲)
   Applicant should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted base on the year of birth. Example, a male born in Nov 1998, his age is counted as 18. His age group category should be Male 18-28).
6. 參加者必須於2016年9月9日或之前提交報名表，以確認參賽資格。
   In order to confirm the enrollment, all enrollment forms should be submitted on or before 9/9/2016.
7. 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
   Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
8. 團隊組別中，以報名表格參加者1為聯絡代表。
   For team categories, participant 1 will be liaison representative.
9. 參賽費用不能作扣稅之用。
   Enrolment Fee are not tax deductible.
10. 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病，如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。大會在得悉 或懷疑的情況下，將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。
     People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. The Organizer reserves the right of disqualify participants who are physically not eligible for the event.
11. 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽，大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況， 終止參加者繼續參賽資格，參加者不得異議。
    Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision.
12. 參加者會在報名後10個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至info@motor.org.hk或致電2519 0110查詢。
    Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 10 working days after an application is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to info@motor.org.hk or contact us at 2519 0110.
13. 不接受現場及逾期報名。
    Late or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
14. 資料不全者，恕不接受報名。
    Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted.
15. 已寄出的報名或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。
    No return, cancellation or transfer for all enrollments, including late and duplicate enrollments.
16. 如活動過程中，遇上天災及人禍所引發的突發情況（洪水、山火、山泥傾瀉、塌樹、 地震、路面受損壞、打鬥等），是日活動將暫時停止或取消，參加者須盡快前往安全 地方暫避。
    The event will be temporarily halted or cancelled if emergency situations occur due to natural and man-made disasters (flood, wildfire, landslide, collapse of tree, earthquake, damage of road, fights, etc.) during the event. All participants should immediately go to a safe place to stay temporarily.

惡劣天氣 Severe Weather

1. 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。
   If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
2. 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛紅、黑色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消。
   If the Red & Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 00:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
3. 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
   If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. No refund or no rescheduled will be made.
4. 本賽事不設補賽， 參賽者之報名費一概不作退款。
   No fallback date for the race. All paid fee will not be refunded.
5. 大會建議參賽者於比賽早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話：1878200）
     Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878200).

其他事宜 Others

1. 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
   Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us. Participant uses this service is subjected to the acceptance of this clause.
2. 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
   Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
3. 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
   All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
4. 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。
   The Organizer reserves the right of all photos of the event for future uses and references.
5. 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以大會網站公佈為準。
   The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.
6. 本賽事選用Bib Tag計時晶片，免按金、免退還。
   Bib tag chip (no deposit; can be kept as a souvenir) will be used for this race.
7. 由於車位有限，大會建議參加者使用公共交通工具前往比賽場地。
   As parking lots are limited, participants are recommended to arrive race venues by using public transport.

比賽規則 Rules and Regulations

1. 參賽者必須自力走或跑畢全程。
     Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.
2. 參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均須清晰可見。
   Bib numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front).
3. 參賽者不得服食禁藥或違規藥物。
   Doping and the use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited.
4. 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
   The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

All start time, obstacle guideline and race pack pick up notice have been sent. All participants who did not pick up the race pack yet, please go to the information centre on the event day. Please show the race pack pick up notice for get on the free shuttle bus and enter the race venue.

比賽規則

極限挑戰個人賽 Limitless Challenge Individual

• 極限挑戰個人賽的參加者需依每個障礙的規則完成所有障礙。
  Each Limitless Challenge participant has to follow the rules in order to complete the challenge.
• 此賽事將利用晶片計時。參賽者如在賽事途中遺失晶片，大會將無法為閣下提供大會完成賽事之正式時間，同時亦無法提供任何獎項。
  This is a chip-timed event. All athletes that lose their timing chip during the race are not guaranteed an official finishing time. They are not eligible for prizes/awards.
• 每項障礙均設有罰時區，裁判將決定每名不能完成或犯規的參加者的處罰時間，參加者需進入罰時區等候；罰時後才可繼續比賽，違者將被取消資格。
  There is a “time penalty zone” in each obstacles, the judge has the right to send participants, who failed to complete the challenge or broke the rules, into the “time penalty zone”. Penalized participants should stay in the zone during the penalty time before resume to the challenge. Offenders will be disqualified.
• 在“罰時區”的參賽者場可繼續下一項及餘下的賽事。
  Athletes who send to “time penalty zone” are still allow continuing racing and considered finishers
• 首15名參加極限挑戰組時間最快的男子及女子健兒（分為男女組別）可進入決賽！競逐決賽男女子總冠軍。
  The first 15 Male and Female Limitless Challenge participants will be qualified to the final (Divided into Male and female), and to compete for the Final Male and Female Champion!
• 進入極限挑戰組決賽的參加者有其他任務需要完成（詳情可瀏覽活動網址；工作人員亦會於比賽當日詳細講解）。
  The finalists of Limitless Challenge would have more missions (For more details, please visit event website; the finalists are required to attend a race briefing before the race start)
• 所有進入決賽的參加者將會計算個人賽及決賽的時間總和，角逐極限挑戰個人賽全場總冠軍。 。
  The total of the timing of individual and final race of finalists of Limitless Challenge will sum up. The fastest will be awarded the “Limitless Challenge Overall Champion”.

極限挑戰組隊際賽Limitless Team Challenge

• 參加者必須年滿16歲，每隊 8至10人，而成績以全隊前8名跑手總和計算。
  All participants must be aged 16 or above. 8 to10 in a team, the result is determined by the total time of first 8 members.
• 本組別以晶片計時紀錄。
  Chips timing record will be provided.
• 凡已成功報名參加極限挑戰個人賽之參加者, 可以HK$175優惠價報名參加極限挑戰隊際賽。(報名時必需提供極限挑戰組個人組之報名編號)
  Participant who successfully enrolled in limitless challenge individual category, can enroll in limitless team challenge with a discount of HK$175.(Apply ID of limitless challenge category must be provided)
• 每組必須8-10人。
  8 to 10 members in each team.
• 設冠、亞、季軍, 冠軍,亞軍及季軍隊伍各可獲獎盃乙座,獎枚及禮物。
  The Champion, 2nd runner up and the 3rd runner up Team will be awarded a trophy and medals and prize.

奔fun挑戰組 Fun Challenge

• 年齡12歲以上 Aged 12 or above
• 本組別不是競賽活動，目的旨在享受障礙賽之樂趣。
  The aim of this challenge is to enjoy obstacle run and have fun.
• 本組別設條碼計時紀錄, 但不設獎項及組別排名。
  Bar Code timing record will be provided, but no prize and ranking will be counted.
• 每張完成證書港幣30元。
  Certificate of Completion: HK$30/each.
• 每名完成參加者將獲完成獎牌一塊。
  Finisher medals of Participation will be presented to every participant who completed the challenge.
• 參加者如有身體不適或中途退出，應立即舉手並揚聲求救，召換工作人員協助。
  Should participants feel unwell during the race, please approach race officials for assistance immediately.

奔fun挑戰隊際賽 Fun Team Challenge

• 每組必須6-10人。
  Each team need 6-10 team members
• 參加者必須年滿12歲, 6-10人為一隊, 所有隊友必須完成賽事,成績以最後一名跑手時間計算。
  All participants must be aged 12 or above, 6 in a team, result is determined by the last runner.
• 本組別以條碼計時紀錄。
  Bar Code timing record will be provided.
• 每時區首3隊完成賽事的隊伍獲新設奬項｢最熱血團隊獎｣，可獲得獎牌及禮物。
  The fastest 3 teams of each time slot will be awarded a ‘’Most Passionate Team Award’ prize, award medals and prize.

所有組別的規則General Rules And Regulations (For all Category)

• 所有參加者必須依次序在大會指定比賽範圍內作賽。障礙賽場地已依次標示的障礙
  All athletes must stay on-course within the boundaries and markings set by officials, passing through all obstacles are numbered in sequence.
• 所有參加者必須在比賽進行所有賽事中保持前進 (嚴禁坐在障礙上)
  All athletes are required to maintain forward progress on all obstacles and throughout the course (e.g. sitting atop obstacles is not permitted)
• 參賽者必須自力走或跑畢全程。
  Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.
• 所有參加者務必保持清潔並取回所有自攜物品離場，違例者可能需進入罰時區或取消資格
  All athletes must exit the course with all items they brought in. Please keep the course clean. We take this seriously. Offenders may result in disqualification from competition.
• 參賽者不得破壞或騷擾任何植物或動物。
  Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited. 
• 參賽者必須於所有時間遵行檢查站負責人員及賽道糾察的方向指示。若參賽者於檢查站關閉時間前仍未到達，必須根據指示退出比賽。
  You must obey directions of checkpoint staff and course marshals at all times. If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.
• 支援人員必須遵守所有檢查站職員的指示，譬如按職員要求在檢查站區域騰出空間。主辦機構對支援人員的安全或行蹤概不負責。
  Support crews must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area. The event organizers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of support crew. 
• 參賽者須對其支援人員的行為負責。參賽者支援人員必須遵從主辦機構職員和負責人員的一切指示。支援人員如有違規或作出不當行為，參賽者可能會被處分或取消參賽資格。
  The participant is responsible for the actions of their support crew. Support crews must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials. The participant may be penalized or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their support crew.
• 參賽編號必須置於賽衣前方，於任何時間均清晰可見， 沒有號碼布的參加者會被取消資格
  Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front). Otherwise, organizer has the right to disqualify participants.
• 大會允許參加者佩戴眼鏡（可連眼鏡繩），但基於安全理由大會不鼓勵參加者佩戴
  Glasses (with glasses rope) are allowed but discouraged for safety reasons.
• 除了鞋履，手套和保護裝置外（例如：護肘或護膝），嚴禁利用任何衣物或個人物件協助完成賽事
  Beyond shoes and gloves or protective gear (i.e. elbow pads or knee pads), clothing/personal equipment may not be used in to assist the completion of an obstacle.
• 嚴禁攜帶酒精，武器及危險物品進於賽事範圍
  Alcohol, weapons, and other dangerous objects are not allowed on the course.
• 檢查站提供的飲料，只供參賽者享用。
  Drinks at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.
• 大會保留更改賽事路程及調整障礙賽難度的權利
  The Race Director reserves the right to introduce additional time cut-offs and modify current obstacles as needed.
• 若參賽者退出比賽，均必須通知最近檢查站的負責人員及簽署退出表格(除非於比賽途中的醫療人員協助)。
  If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews). 
• 若參賽者在比賽途中需要救護協助，應撥電號碼布上所載之電話號碼，與主辦機構聯絡，主辦機構人員即會盡力搜尋參賽者。
  If you need first aid help on the course you must use the phone numbers printed on your race bib to contact event organisers who will make every effort to retrieve you
• 運動版圖有限公司已購置公眾責任保險，但並不包括個人意外保險。主辦機構建議參賽者自行投購個人意外保險。
  Sportsoho Media Limited has its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident of participants. We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover. 
• 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線及/或其他安排的權利。
  The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

處罰 Penalties

違反以下比賽規則有可能會被取消參賽資格，取決於其嚴重性。
Breaking the following rules of the event may incur disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.
任何取消資格均由大會作最終決定。
Any disqualification are at the organizer’s discretion and are final.
以下是一些違反類別
The following are some types of breaches to highlight:

• 走捷徑及／或不根據大會比賽路線作賽
  Taking shortcuts and / or not following the official course
• 參賽者及／或其支援人員亂拋垃圾
  Littering by participant and / or support crew
• 乘坐交通工具
  Taking transport
• 他人代跑
  Using substitute runners
• 阻礙及／或導致其他參賽者受傷
  Deliberately obstructing and/or causing injury to other participants
• 服食禁藥
  Doping and the use of prohibited drugs
• 更改或破壞比賽路線指示牌
  Altering, damaging and/or otherwise tampering with course markings
• 破壞或騷擾任何植物或動物
  Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna along the course
• 不展示號碼布
  Not wearing a race bib
• 檢查站關閉後仍繼續比賽
  Continuing after cut-off times
• 不遵守大會、糾察及應付緊急事故工作人員及／或義工的指示
  Not following instructions given by race officials, marshals and emergency attendants and/or volunteers
• 辱罵大會、糾察、應付緊急事故工作人員及／或義工，以及其他行山人仕
  Being abusive to race officials, marshals, emergency attendants, other trail users and/or volunteers
• 將號碼布給予其他人使用
  Allowing somebody else to use his / her race bib
• 使用他人的號碼布
  Using a race bib of somebody else

注意事項Remarks

• 參賽者必須仔細閱讀『比賽規則』。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
  Participants must study the ‘Rules and Regulations’ carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race that has been signed up.
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 參加者必須確保體格適宜參加比賽，大會工作人員或救護人員有權因應參加者體能狀況，中止參加者繼續參賽資格，參加者不得異議。 如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
  Participants must ensure that they are physically fit to join the event. The Organizer has the right to terminate or pause the participants if there is deemed to be any risk to their health. Participants must abide by this decision. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
• 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
  Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the application. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
• 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
  Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted materials will not be returned.
• 參賽者只可報名參加屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於1997年9月出生，年齡為19 歲，所屬組別為1997年)
   Applicant should register to their respective age group. (Age is counted based on the year of birth. Example, born in Sept 1997, your age is 19 . Your age group category should be 1997).
• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
  Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
• 如活動過程中出現意外，大會將以人身安全為先，盡快提供救援，活動將按情況暫停、延遲或取消
  The event will be temporarily halted, delayed or cancelled if accident occurs. The organizer will first ensure personal safety and provide support and rescue immediately.
• 大會於起點設置救護站，安排具專業急救資格人員站崗，並於各檢測站放置急救箱予參加者作簡單急救用途
  First aid station is located at the Start with first-aid personnel. And first aid boxes are located in every checkpoints for emergency uses.
• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不應參加是次活動。大會在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利
  People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event. The Organizer reserves the right of disqualify participants who are physically not eligible for the event.

惡劣天氣

• 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會延期進行
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be rescheduled.
• 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將會延期進行
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be re-schedulded.
• 如天文台於比賽當日早上五時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨或三號颱風警告，賽事將會延期進行
  Should the Red Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, the races will be re-schedulded.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還
  Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refund.

其他事宜

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利
  The Organizer reserves the right of all photos for future uses and references.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules

取消賽事 Event Cancellation

根據以下原因，大會有權保留取消或縮短賽事的權力
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:

• 不利的天氣情況
  Adverse weather conditions
• 山泥傾瀉、大量落山及比賽路線發生山火
  landslides, rockfalls or hill fires along the course
• 抗議示威或路線被封閉
  protests or blockage along the course
• 不可抗力，即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能，不安全或不切實際的情況。 不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、騷亂、罷工、怠工、禁工或動亂、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅。
  Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.
• 若此等情況發生，大會將不會退回登記費用(及任何慈善捐款）。
  In such event no refund of the registration fee (and any charitable donation) will be provided. 
• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨昤改動或取消，將以大會網站公怖為準
  The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s website shall prevail.
